She did a great job explaining how to make the designs last long with the brush on technique for dip powers. My Chrome set chipped the next day but it was fixed free of charge. If I had to nit picky I had a small bump on one of my solid brown nails that I could only see and you have to ask for water instead of being offered water. The massage portion was so light it was barely noticeable, but the manicure was where things truly went downhill. I was surprised to learn that basic things many salons include in the manicure price are considered "special" here. Want an oval shape? That's an extra charge. Need your nails shortened? Also an extra charge. None of this was communicated clearly upfront, and it certainly doesn't feel consistent with what most people expect from a standard manicure service. They indicate it is stated on the menu. The menu says "special shapes" without specifying which are included and are n it. My technician seemed inconvenienced when I asked for advice about which nail shape would work best. After she initially cut them unevenly, I politely asked if they could be shortened further to even them out, which clearly irritated her. By the time the service was finished, I still had dip powder residue all over my hands and noticeable buildup underneath my nails. When the drill caught the end of one nail during cleanup, I pointed it out and asked if it could be fixed. I was told it didn't mess them up, even though the damage is obvious in photos. When I later asked about the unexpected charges, the response I received felt dismissive and defensive rather than helpful. I could have overlooked smaller things like the lack of lotion scent options that many other local salons offer, or the inexpensive trays and cups used for products despite luxury-level pricing. What I can't overlook is the combination of poor workmanship, unclear pricing, and a lack of basic customer service. For the prices being charged, I expected a far more professional and attentive experience.

I was given a new nail tech, which was completely fine with me, but the experience overall was very disappointing. I asked for a drink and the nail tech verbally acknowledged me and said she was new and needed to find it, but never got up. I had to ask three times before the hostess walking by was finally asked to help. During the pedicure, the nail tech completely forgot to scrub my feet until I reminded her, and she responded with "oh yeah, I forgot." On top of that, the polish was not painted fully on the sides of my toenails. At that point, I honestly didn't even want to continue with the pedicure.  I don't even blame the nail tech entirely because she's new. I blame the lack of proper training and support from whoever is responsible for preparing staff. What made the situation worse was when I politely explained my concerns to the hostess up front, her response was simply, "next time don't request her," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I'm disappointed because I've been a loyal customer, and I expected the concerns to be handled with more care and accountability.

I went to this nail salon for the first time on 3/14 for a manicure w/ acrylic powder and pedicure. Service was great! On 3/20 the dip came off one nail and was rising on 3 other nails. I called the shop and was told to come in to get them fixed. I get there and explain the situation. Holly is insisting that I find the exact color to fix my nails. I can't find it so she finds one that is similar. I told her that I didn't want "mix match" nails and suggested changing the color. Holly then says that I can get a $5 discount if I change the color. I told her that I would not be paying because it has been less than 7 days since I got my nails done. She fixes the one nail and I asked her about the other three. Holly becomes visibly upset after I stated that she wasn't listening to me when I explained the issue. She then gets loud, stands up, and raises her voice. Keep in mind, other customers were receiving services. I addressed her and stated that she would not speak to me in that manner and to lower her voice. She continues and then Tracy intervenes to take me to her station. While sitting there I ask for Holly's name because I didn't know it at the time. Holly is sitting behind me and yells "you gone write about me on Facebook" and storms to the back after being told that she will respect me. I did not yell, curse, or call her out of her name during this back and forth. I asked for a manager and was told that I had to speak with Holly. I then asked to speak with the owner and was told that no one could call them. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment

Tina never wanted to do my nails she would suggest that I wait on him everytime (unprofessional) she would make me wait 20 minutes for him to get done with his client. I don't like the customer service but I love TONY other than that I would definitely suggest a place that you will be comfortable, not being rushed, & have a relaxing experience.
