Do not buy a solar breeze .After all the problems I had I stupidly bought another one. It lasted a year and one month. The warranty was for one year.Since the original owners sold the company they only make junk. I'm buying a different brand that offers 3 yr warranty. You get what you pay for. UPDATE solar breeze shut the company down. There is no tech support or replacement parts. STAY AWAY read more

We started with the Solar Breeze NX, then the V2 and now Ariel. We love our Bots and couldn't imagine not having them working constantly and tirelessly to keep the pool clean. Paul and his team at Solar Breeze are first rate and very helpful. Like pretty much every business during the pandemic, things slowed a bit, but I always got a response. Love these guys. Love the products. read more

Bought the Ariel pool cleaner in July 2022. Aug of 2024 it no longer turns on. I emailed and called the customer service number only to find out the company that sold and supported them are out of business. Now I am the proud owner of an expensive, defunct pool floater. These were not cheap. read more

I love the Solar Breeze when it works. I had my first cleaner about 6 months and it stopped working. The company was very responsive and replaced the unit. The replaced solar breeze worked fantastic and kept the pool very clean for about 6 months. This time I have not been able to talk with ANYONE from solar breeze. The only email was that the replaced unit had no warranty. I have been calling and emailing since June 4th with no response. I guess customer service is not working out for this company at this time. Great unit when it's working. Mark J read more

I have had every single unit that this company has put out. Been a customer for over 15 years. The newest unit Ariel is horrible. It stops working every 3 months and I've had 4 units in one year sent to me. Now the 4th unit does not move and hugs the wall. Trying to get them to send me another one. I loved the old version it worked extremely well. Why change something that was great to a piece of shit model. Customer service is horrible you can't get anyone on the phone. Good luck if they rely to your first email. You have to send 10 to get a response. read more

The Solar-Breeze NX pool skimmers are super helpful and easy to care for. And just as importantly, the people there are great to work with. They're very helpful on the phone the few times I have called for assistance. If a part is needed, they are prompt and always follow through. Don't misunderstand me here, calling for assistance is not something that has been all that necessary over the last few years with my NX. After 3 years, I did need to replace the rechargeable battery, not totally unexpected... It's simple yet effective design does not lend itself to needing much attention requiring calling for help. Basic care of the unit will provide years of service. With out reservation, I would recommend the NX and doing business with Solar-Breeze. read more

I love my solar breeze skimmer. I have purchased 3 units. They are great for keeping the pool clean and saving my filters. They are no hassle and the Solar Breeze company is wonderful to deal with. read more

Buyer Beware. Company does not respond to service requests on their own product. I purchased a Solar Breeze last summer for over $600 and now the second summer it needs servicing but the company is not responding to our multiple requests. Update: Solar Breeze finally contacted us back and repaired our unit. I'll let you know. So far so good. read more

We purchased the Ariel last summer. It took a few months of waiting before it finally arrived but seem to work great. The first time we put it in the water this year one of the motors didn't work. I have been e-mailing them and leaving messages on their website to no avail. All I have received is a canned auto response. I am going to call them today but am not hopeful. For $600 I expect a better product and some customer service. read more

I purchased an Arial skimmer last fall. it lasted one month. I went through their email support process to report the issue. it took multiple request and several follow up emails before they finally responded and shipped me anew unit. now this unit quit working after 4 months and the same result. I've started the process again and one week later and still no response. There's no way to contact them any other way. I don't recommend. read more

Update: Talked to one of the supervisors at the business. Everything has been made right, and I am hopeful for a good resolution.

The BEST pool accessory you will ever purchase!!! We have lots and lots of trees and in the spring the pollen is unbelievable and the same for the leaves in the fall! I ams SO glad I bought my Solar Breeze this past spring! My pool water has never looked so good! If you're on the fence about buying one of these, do it! The company reps are super nice and will answer any and all questions you might have! I cannot stress to you enough how great this skimmer really is when it comes to keeping your pool looking its best! read more

5-Star Customer Service. We experienced some product defects with our initial unit. However, with sending the replacement unit ... the staff was very responsive and extremely professional. We highly recommend the products as well as the Customer Service. read more

I have really enjoyed the hassle-free pool skimmer and not having to constantly go out and skim my pool with my net. So convenient! Any time that I've had any issues with the (2) units I've had over several years, the customer service has been superb! Most recently, Tina helped out and couldn't have been more communicative and helpful! Love these and the quality customer service that goes with them. read more

Ive been trying to get Parts from Paul the owner from Solar Breeze for over a Month! He keeps blowing me off and tells me Hes not my personal secretary! Can you believe this guy, When he was begging for money on Kickstarter years ago, i was happy to contribute, now he's big time i guess and cant help out his customers....Im on My second Solar breeze, and while yhey do work good, plan on them breaking every year, and while i understand that, parts need to be available for repair! read more

Great products and even better support!!! Thank You So Much!! I had a couple of small problems with my cleaner, sent them an email and for the first one they took it in and repaired it, for the second they sent me the part and a video of how to replace all at no charge.. FANTASTIC people to work with, I would give them 10 stars if I could! read more

I have been trying to reach this company for a month by phone and email to get a replacement motor for my NX2 which I bought in 2018. No luck despite multiple attempts. Phone is always answered by answering-service. You never get to speak to an actual company representative. Good luck getting any help. The actual product is great, but don't get the idea there will be any legitimate support if the product breaks... read more

Great product. Crummy customer service if it breaks.

Do not purchase the Ariel...it is garbage. I have owned 3 of the older generations which worked great. Since the company sold or went internationally it is junk. I waited 4 months to receive it. After a month the battery performance was terrible. I live in Arizona. Sun all the time. Month 8 the wheels and paddles on rear stopped working. It took an act of God to get a replacement sent out. And even worse the paperwork to send bad unit back took 7 emails before a RMA was provided. read more

I really love this product. It effortlessly cleans my huge pool & has cut down on my time spent maintaining it. We had an impromptu pool party this summer & the pool was nice & clean. Highly recommend this device! read more

This is the worst company to get a hold and any help with. i called in and get an answer service, I explain to them that I would like to get a quote on overhaul of my solar breeze. I get a confirming email that the message was sent on . After 4 days I call back and was told that I should wait 3-5 business days and that they were sending in another request. This time I didn't even get a confirming email. It has been a week called back and still getting the same run around. My thoughts do not buy this product tell your friends and family. This is not a company that you want to do business with. read more

Love the Solar Breeze Our daughter named the robot Roxie and she just putters about picking up whatever leaves she finds. It really is a Roomba for the pool - except with solar power! She hardly ever runs out of juice, and when she does she just waits in the sun like Wall-E to recharge. We were even pleasantly surprised when she had an issue with her motor. The folks at the company fixed her up (were great about the warranty) and shipped her both ways for only $25. She's back and working great. Hope she lasts forever, but will buy another when she decides to retire. Great product. Highly recommended. read more

I love my Solar Breeze NX pool skimmers (2)! I had one & wore it out after 3 years of continuous use so I decided to get a new one when the company was having a special sale. I was turning in the older one for recycling only to find for a nominal fee the company could refurbish it. So now we have 2! I know a lot of people scoff at the price and say things like "that is why we have teenagers, to skim the pool." Well, my teen doesn't do nearly the job my Solar Breeze NXers do! Our pool gets hit by pine needles and eucalyptus leaves. It can be a mess most days with Arizona winds and I get very discouraged - especially during monsoon season. These machines are worth their weight in gold and the price. Our pool stays clean and we run the pump less and use fewer chemicals. Customer service has also been fantastic! Kristy and all the folks at Solar Breeze have been very responsive when we had tray issues with the 2nd unit; no questions asked. I highly endorse the Solar Breeze NX. read more

I don't know what I'd do without the Solar-Breeze NX. Before we had it, we were constantly skimming leaves and bugs. Now we can enjoy our pool. It's very easy to operate. And the company is great to deal with. read more

Excellent customer service! They sent out a replacement unit right away when I had problems with my first unit. The new unit is working great. read more

We live in the country, surrounded with lots of trees and bushes which makes keeping a pool clean a challenge. With a bottom sweeper that gathered waterlogged leaves and twigs, we had to net out surface trash sometimes 3x a day. Could not keep up with trash during the wind. Friend recommended a Solar-Breeze surface sweeper, so we bought one. What a great improvement! We rarely surface sweep, and the bottom sweeper doesn't need its trap cleaned daily. Pool has never looked better, and I have never had so much freedom from pool maintenance. read more

Ordered this unit two years ago and love it. Works into the night cleaning the pool surface (especially helpful during our pollen season in Georgia). Have had an issue with pontoons getting water-logged, but received prompt support to fix the issue. Friendly customer service and a very good easy-to-use product! Highly recommend Solar-Breeze to anyone wanting to keep their pool clean and beautiful. read more

I have had this in my pool for a year and have not had a problem. I just put my trunks on and jump in. No more skimming.
