I called Solano Seamless on Thursday afternoon for a problem with a section of gutter at the back of my house. I had some house repairs completed by another contractor a few months ago, which damaged the gutter. Frank of Solano Seamless called me back right away and was at my house about 15 minutes later. The gutter needed to be reset/reattached. Frank said he would be coming back the next day to do this repair free of charge. I was very pleasantly surprised when Frank offered to do this repair free of charge as it has been more than 10 years since Solano Seamless installed all new gutters at my house, and the current problem was caused by another contractor. I had them replace and install some old gutters. They gave me a price and I agreed. Juan and his helper showed on time as stated. They did a great job. They told me what had to be done on the removal of the old and installation of the new. The job took about 3 hours to 4 after they were done They were out of sealant and had to come back the next day. Juan showed up on time and not only finished job but also install my old leaf guards. The total price was great and way less than other quotes. I will recommend them at a 10 +. If I could give more than 5 stars I would go as high as 10. Frank quoted me originally for the job, but unwisely and unfortunately, I went with another quote. They installed the downspouts inversely and still leaked after two follow up returns to fix the leak. I gave up and decided to call someone who could fix the issue, and so I called Solano Seamless. Frank came out right away, again, and gave me a fair and reasonable quote to replace the incorrectly installed downspouts. They just left and I am very grateful. He told me I didn't need new gutters and that they could fix the gutters that I have, and install gutter guards on the parts that were near trees that were dumping junk into my gutters. Frank and his guys came out as the completion of my reroof job with Roofmasters of Suisun to install the gutters. They were in and out very quickly and did a great job. Frank looked over the job and saw the special concerns on water run off from the gutters and special roof transitions and conveyed to the crew what needed to be done and how to do it so that all went well.
