The showroom had a vast selection, and Ulyses was incredibly helpful in guiding us through our options and helping us make the right choice. The crew was always on time, professional, and very attentive to detail. We are so happy we chose to visit their showroom rather than going with Lowe's or Home Depot. When Ulysses arrived to provide an estimate, he brought additional samples, which we were delighted to see. The selection is simply gorgeous and amazing! Our living room had old, worn-out carpet, and the new hard floor complements the adjacent family room perfectly. One thing we wish we had known earlier was to cover our furniture and the rooms next door to prevent dust from circulating throughout the house. Ulysses's team, Rick and Francisco, were professional, punctual, and experts in their field. They truly deserve major kudos! I relax and enjoy my new living room. I highly recommend that others compare different companies, conduct thorough research, and consider patronizing a local business like All About Floors.

Carpet has been something that my wife and myself has been wanting to do for sometime now but…read morebetween the overwhelming thought of moving all of the furniture and deciding between the many carpet companies out there this could be a daunting task itself and can continue to be put off for a very long time due to it. However, when we went to Floors To Go in Fairfield it suddenly became the easiest task ever, and even was enjoyable . Family owned and operated which im a huge fan of and I can see why they're successful. They are absolutely amazing people. Corbin and Alex were both very patient with us in selecting the type of carpet we wanted in our home and gave us very helpful advice when making the decision. Once we decided on carpet. We were put on calendar was told 4 to 5 weeks out. We receive a call from Corbin as expected, letting us know we were all set for install. They showed showing up on said date and time. Corbin introduced me too Humberto and Miguel who will be doing the install. Which I thought was top-notch being I haven't met them yet and they were coming into our Home. These two guys we're super respectful they made us feel like they were treating our home like it was theirs. You could ask them as many questions as you want and they didn't show any type of frustration. They just continued working and didn't stop until they were finished. The quality of work speaks for itself everything turned out absolutely amazing .Thank you both so very much. My wife and myself couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. Amazing cuts, and tucks is what I said. Still can't believe the amount of carpet we had laid in five rooms plus closets . Hands-down, the best value and would use them again and again if needed. I highly recommend anyone looking for flooring hardwood, carpet, etc. Doesn't matter Reach out to floors to go in Fairfield first thing, you won't be disappointed. Ask for Corbin or Alex. We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the quality work and service we received, and definitely got our money's worth.

They were able to put floor balancing material and moisture barrier the same day. They worked with us on a tricky moulding situation in our kitchen that allowed us to have a seemless look throughout our home. In one day, the team was able to install all the floors and baseboards with amazing speed - moving our washer and dryer (and replacing it too!). The final product was PERFECTLY installed. The quote matched the payment and we are very satisfied with the price and end product. We highly recommend the entire team at Pro Floors.

This company is all sales and no service…read more After spending approximately $20,000 on new carpeting for my home, customer service completely disappeared once payment was made. Before the sale, the team was attentive and responsive. After installation? Silence. Immediately following installation, two interior doors began dragging on the brand-new carpet, a problem that should never occur after a professional installation. Although a technician was sent out to shave the doors, one door still drags, putting unnecessary wear and damage on a carpet I just paid a small fortune for. Worse, the primary bedroom door lock has not worked at all since installation and will no longer lock. This is a basic functionality issue and a clear quality failure. Despite three written emails and multiple phone calls, beginning December 16, 2025, there has been zero follow-up and zero resolution. As of January 10, 2026, these problems remain unresolved, despite repeated requests and more than enough time to address them. The lack of accountability, communication, and post-installation support is unacceptable--especially for a high-dollar project. If you're considering this company, be aware: they are responsive until they get your money, and then you are on your own. I regret choosing them and would not recommend them to anyone who expects follow-through.
