If you're working on a customer's brand-new vehicle, especially for something as simple as programming a key, there should be enough care and attention to return it in the same condition it arrived. We originally chose not to purchase our vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately, after this experience, I feel like bringing it here for service was a mistake as well.
