He then proceeded to tell me I was $4000 upside down in my 2024 Cadillac with 16,000 miles. KBB offered me a cash offer that was $5,000 more than the Hiley offer. He then offered me a lease for $1200 a month which was $500 more than GM Financial, He advised me that that site always has the wrong information! It was a horrible experience!

Apparently 2 people can't look at number on the same vehicle at one time. We asked to speak to the manager and the used car manger came out and told us that we could look at numbers if we wanted to. We told him we had gone to the wrong building in order to find MaryAnn and the manger said the people who showed up before us got there before us. Then proceeded to cuss us out as me and my son walked back to our truck. "Get the f**k off my lot then" We left and we to talk to the General Sales Manager and he said we could look at numbers and said "Well I don't want to waste y'all's time." He told us if we both were looking at numbers the other people who got there before us would have to say no to the numbers before we could say yes. Call the company, and demand they stop doing this to rip off their customers. On a 2018 titan, if you have a transmission leak, the do not have the seal to buy, and only the dealer makes it, and they don't sell it. It's a 12 k transmission, so you're basically forced to buy a new transmission if you get a leak. I almost bought one, but thankfully, I did not and I found out how dishonest they are.
