Worst Service EVER! I called October 15th with an ABS/Stabilitrac problem with my (IN WARRANTY) Cadillac. The soonest they could get me in (with a loaner) was December 16th. I arrived and was told my warranty expired on December 4th, and they will not cover repairs. They said they would call GMC and see if they would cover it. They did not go to bat for their customer and stated it was my fault for waiting on a loaner. Was I supposed to walk to work at 60 years old and single? ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE! No one there cares about their customers!!!! Especially MR. Ron Evans!!! Seriously....2 months for an appointment!!! Obviously, GMC has some serious warranty problems!!!! ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE IT DOESNT OFFER 0!!!

Just checking out my next ride :-)

Brought in my car for it's first oil change. The service technician was great to deal with and they had my car done very quickly. I will definately be back for my next service.

When I first pulled up, I was completely ignored by everybody. I was honestly about to drive out of the service bay. Thankfully, Luke ended up coming up to my car and made me feel confident. Leaving my car here. His customer service was so on point I will never bring my car to anywhere but Frank Kent in Fort Worth as long as he works there. Too many people only right reviews to complain, I had to go out of my way to write this guy a five star review. I will tell all my Friends Who Drive Cadillacs to come there and ask for Luke.

I worked primarily with Joe Sandoval and the sales director Corey, and couldn't have been more pleased with my dealership experience. I found the car I was interested in online, asked for some additional pictures, and within minutes, was on the phone with Joe as he asked which pictures I wanted. Pricing on the vehicle was reasonable; I wasn't "backroomed" into a finance office; no one tried to give me a hard sell on any add-ons; and no one tried to sneak any junk fees onto my invoice. Joe and Corey were professional from our first interaction through our last. Joe even picked me up from the airport early in the morning on a weekend so I could pick the vehicle up to drive home. If every car dealership were like this one, maybe people might actually look forward to going into the dealership rather than dreading it!

There are a few chairs to sit down and some desks to fill out your paperwork. They also have a Smart TV with a dynamic picture setting installed in the wall. Only to be fed BS about me taking the car to Firestone and how they are only trying to gouge me out of money and to bring it back to him and he would take care of the issues. My wife wanted to give him the benefit and took the car back to him and spent 3 hours at his dealership while he "fixed" the issues. He begged me to remove the negative review because it was hurting his business, so I reluctantly did since the engine codes were no longer coming on for a few weeks. I took the car to the Chevy dealership down from his lot for an oil change and decided to have them do a full diagnostic only to find that EVERYTHING Firestone said the vehicle needed (except tires) is wrong with this vehicle and that K1's idea of "fixing" the issues was that of a shade tree mechanic with little to no actual certifications. So instead of being out of almost $11,000 total for a "cash car" I am only out of about $9,800. I would definitely look elsewhere or at least ask to have a full diagnostic done before doing business with K1. Taking advantage of honest people not wanting to or not having the ability to spend a lot of money is what I find is this guy's specialty. If I wanted to spend almost $10,000 on a vehicle, I could have gone to real car lot and had it financed.

I had an awful time getting financing from my own lender and the process ended up taking what seemed like forever, but Lee was patient and supportive through it all! He and Craig made sure that I was able to walk away with the perfect car and I will forever be grateful. It was seriously the best dealership experience. My parents previously bought a car for my younger brother here and had a great experience, which is what brought me in to Hertel. After my own excellent experience with them, I think it's safe to say that they will always be the first stop for anyone in our family looking for a used car.

When I say recommended, I mean pushed on us. My son had the car for about 50 days when he was driving home on the freeway at night. The car completely lost power. As in, it just quit. On the freeway. In the fast lane. He had to fight it to get it out of the lane of traffic into the emergency lane and not wreck. We had it towed to our family mechanic (Caliber Auto Care) who had never dealt with the warranty company before. This is how it started, our mechanic put a camera into the engine and discovered a HOLE in the engine, which was absolutely dry of any oil. As in dry for so long there is no way it wasn't like that when we bought it, and this is what our mechanic said. No way it was my son's fault. This 2008 Toyota had had an ENGINE recall that was never fixed. Hertel sold us a car with an ENGINE RECALL and didn't say a word about it so that WE could address it. That year's model Toyota had a manufacturer defect that caused the rubber seals to allow all the oil to leak out and cause... A rod to break off and puncture the engine. It threw a rod. Now this warranty company immediately requested we pay for the mechanic to drop the oil pan ($600). So we did. They finally sent an adjuster, who asked us to authorize and pay for the bottom oil pan to be dropped. Our mechanic explained that we didn't need to do that for him to see the hole, with the camera. The mechanic said he would never need to drop the bottom oil pan and that it was apparently the warrant company's way of chipping away at the cost and push it off onto us. Now we called Hertel and told them what had happened. They sold us a complete LEMON, and on top of that talked us into buying an extended warranty from a company with shady tactics. We were never told by the salesman that there was a cap on repair costs, only that they would cover the whole drive train for another 50k miles. Now, Hertel has just left us hanging with what amounted to an $11k (warranty and TTL) paper weight. That could have gotten my son in a bad car wreck. Do not trust this dealership. Most certainly do not buy the extended warranty plan they are PUSHING on you. They prey on working people here.

I am a lifetime customer of RLB Sales because of my experience with Jeff Crawford. I have bought or leased 8 cars from him and he's never steered me wrong. Jeff is a straight talker, is wide open about how his financing works, and can find literally *anything*. Maybe the best way to illustrate is with some stories. I wanted a 350z several years ago and Jeff found one for me in Plainview, TX. The cost of having it driven to DFW would have added about $1,000 to the price. So Jeff insisted I work directly with the dealership in Plainview to save that money and brokered the whole deal for me, working out a dealer-to-dealer cost price. He even negotiated to have a guy from the dealership meet me at the airport with the car so I could look at it and decide if I wanted it (it was love at first sight, of course). Unbelievable. When buying a Nissan Rogue from him for my +1, he advised us to go with the lower trimline for $5K less, then add the sunroof and leather after market for $1,500. I asked if he could add a kicker box, which he put in and rolled it into the financing (less than $5 difference in the payment). My son needed a first car and Jeff had a trade-in 2014 Honda Fit that had hail damage for under $4K. He *loves* the car. Have I made my point yet? Chris in finance was really good too...having patience and working through things that ultimately saved us an additional $50 a month. One little sour note was that before we finished the sale, I got a low air alert for the right front tire. We filled up the tire ourselves and then when we returned to the dealership, mentioned the problem to Chris. He had the car taken to service area and brought it back saying everything had checked out fine. Then a couple of days later, the low air alert was back. We took it to our Discount Tire place and they discovered there was a nail in the tire. Luckily they were able to repair it (for no charge), thereby proving to us again why we love Discount Tire so much! Anyway, that's the only slightly sour note - that it wasn't caught and repaired by the dealership. And I only mention it so they can improve that for future service. Thanks again for the really great car buying experience!
