We had an absolutely wonderful experience buying our 2025 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Fort Worth. This has been the only place we have bought new vehicles since 1989. Why? Because the entire experience is always extremely easy and stress-free, and they truly go above and beyond to make the buying process and price as good as possible. They truly seem to care, and there aren't any sort of bait and switch, or pressure tactics used, like some other dealerships do. The dealership is a very nice, clean, comfortable and friendly environment. Everyone from the receptionist, Jayden to Jaden the salesman, to the finance manager, Harold, to the GM provided absolute top notch customer service. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we will highly recommend Toyota of Fort Worth to anyone who is going to be looking for a vehicle. Even if it is a little bit of a drive for you, it will be worth it! They are in the process of moving to a new location, so come find them!

I have never seen a dealership work so hard to blatantly waste a customers time. On Monday, October 18th, I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle they said was in stock. I asked if I should fill out a credit form online so that the car buying experience would go by as smoothly as possible. They said yes. This is partly my fault for not being skeptical, but I filled out the Application and have a shiny new Hard Credit Check on my report. I get to the dealership and the person I spoke with is now "busy." However, they let me work with another salesmen who informs me the car is already sold and promised to another customer, but they have some used ones to show me. This would have been nice to know before driving down there during rush-hour, but fine, bait and switches happen, I just opted to leave. The salesman then calls me every day of this week and eventually calls my wife because the exact make and model of the car I want is going to be available. I speak with him and he says all they need is a deposit for the vehicle. I'm ready to send the card information over right away. They send me the information and then 5 minutes later call me back to say that because I am in the far away state of Arlington TX (25 minutes away), they can't take reservations from my location without adding an additional $10K to the vehicle...So I just let them know I wasn't interested at that point as I don't like throwing money away. They then call me back and let me know that if I can get the paper work from a dealership in Arlington detailing the price of the same make, model, and year, they can match that price without the additional $10K. Lots of hoops to jump through for someone who could have turned into a loyal customer, but whatever, the dealership in Arlington is cool. I get the paperwork for the exact make and model. It was even more than 1K less of what they were trying to sell the car for. I send it over and they call me again, break their promise, and say that it will still cost me 10K extra. So, I called around to other dealerships and asked about this 10K premium and not one of them knew what they were talking about. What I can defer from this is that they wanted to shock me with a 10K surcharge, but then say they'll "price match" with a vehicle from Arlington that costs a few thousand more, and hopefully get $2-4K extra out of me. They just didn't count on me working with an actual reputable dealership and show them the same model for slightly less. I think the car salesman that was trying to help me out was being honest initially, but his managers just couldn't help themselves. They had such a lack of competency that they would probably be hard-pressed to sell water in the desert, but maybe they wouldn't have to on account of them being so shady.

After visiting 4 different dealerships, this was by far the worst experience. My partner and I walked up to the building on a Saturday afternoon. There were more than five salesmen waiting outside. Not sure if they were just trying to enjoy the sun, but I felt bombarded. Jerrell Boyd was the salesman that walked up to us. He did not introduce himself nor shake our hands or ask for our names. It was unfriendly. He sat us down in the large seating area which really felt like an odd school lunch room. I explained we wanted to test drive a Toyota Highlander and I had not picked out a stock number online. He proceeded to go through the pamphlet and ask me what I wanted and then read through the pamphlet to see if it had it. He could not answer many of my questions and only replied "I don't know" instead of saying that he could find that out. This whole process was uncomfortable and I had to be forceful to go and test drive the XLE. If I hadn't, we would have sat a lot longer. On the way to the car, Jerrell finally got excited and was talking. But it wasn't about cars, it was about his partner and how she should not have another kid. I found it inappropriate. During the test drive, I spoke to my partner about things I noticed in the car and Jerrell offered no input. He also spent the entire time on his phone. Maybe Jerrell was having a terrible day, I don't know. However, because of that experience, I would never recommend buying a car at this location and definitely not with Jerrell.

I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma today and was beyond pleased with the experience. I used the Costco Auto Program and was contacted by Ruben Puente quickly. He provided me the Costco price (which was great btw) and provided me trade in figures quickly via email. This was super helpful as I leave 2 hours away and wanted to make sure all the numbers were buttoned up before I made the trip down. Unfortunately Ruben was off today but answered his cell phone and arranged for his peer Lee Makarwich to help me when I arrived. They coordinated well and Lee had the Tacoma cleaned up and ready for me to check out upon my arrival. Lee went to bat for me with a discrepancy with the value of one of my trade ins and made sure I got the deal I was expecting. He was very professional and took great care to make sure everything was explained properly and that I was taken care of. Kevin Tran, the Finance Manager, listened to my needs and offered a great solution for my long term ownership satisfaction. We settled on a short term/high mileage warranty and gap protection to protect me from any unforeseen expenses that may occur in the future. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure dealing with. Overall from the being to the end, this was a wonderful experience and highly recommend checking out the great staff at Toyota of Fort Worth for any automobile purchase.

Great store and friendly staff. Regular car maintenance is easy to conduct and everything is well organized.

Grateful for the experience after purchasing this car today.

Regina was very attentive to what I needed and communication was great. This is the only Toyota dealership I'll ever use.

I knew from the back-to-back call that he was not someone I should deal with, given my several years of sales experience. I gave him a chance because he seemed like a great guy, but I later discovered otherwise. The car was for my young daughter. We flew in from New Orleans to make this purchase. To keep this review brief, I will give the remainder in bullet points. **Questionable Transparency:** Before the purchase, he was very responsive, but afterwards, he became unresponsive. **Dishonest Practices:** When the final amount was added up, we noticed a charge of $2,153 for dealer-added accessories (specifically for LoJack and Zak Tek). The dealership and salespeople automatically add these fees to the cost of the car, but the website indicates these are optional. I had requested that this be removed from the cost, as Zak Tek is a clear-coat paint protection applied by the dealership. Website: Available Packages & Options Optional Accessories ZakTek $1,098 *(This is optional so don't let this dealer or saleman include it to the cost of your car) *-- Unknowledgeable or unskilled salesperson *-- We were not given a comprehensive walkthrough and demonstration of the vehicle's features before we drove it off the lot. I was asking questions, trying to get him to start the process, but he seemed clueless. *I asked questions to prompt him, but he seemed clueless. Instead of sitting in the front seat and showing my daughter the features of the car she was about to purchase, he sat in the back seat and said nothing. **Frustrating Experience:** During our 8-hour drive home, it was difficult not to contact the dealership while my daughter was on YouTube trying to learn how to use the features of her new car. This was the most bothersome part of the entire experience. **Recommendation:** Please avoid dealing with this careless, unknowledgeable, and deceptive sales associate. I will also be writing another review about the finance director, who was excellent and deserves recognition. Do yourself a huge favor and do not purchase a vehicle from Daniel "Danny" Posada.
