I'm giving them three stars for service, because the ladies who work here are incredibly kind! I was offered water and given the utmost attention during my nail appointment. However, I'm really sad because I asked for a chrome gel manicure, and wasn't told chrome was $15.00 until after my appt. I definitely should have asked but just assumed it was like 5-8 dollars extra. I feel like if it's $15.00 on top of 35.00 they should have mentioned it. Also, my nail polish is completely peeling after less than two days. I paid a total of $55.00 plus tip so almost $60.00, which I was also shocked with after finishing my appointment. The gel manicure wasn't anything too in depth, my nails got soaked & filed, and then polish was put on. :( no hand massage or too much prep before polish and then the gel light. So sadly, I don't think I'd recommend this one. read more

Nice staff but truly the worst pedicure I've ever had. I had gel done and it looked like a child painted them, polish bubbled, and only lasted 3 days. Definitely not worth the $75 I was charged. read more

Rushed my eyebrows and after getting done they looked the same as they did when I came in. She Didn't take none from the bottom and they look uneven. Would not recommend for waxing. read more

Had a great pedicure and manicure with Kimmey today! I showed her a photo of the design I wanted and she did a great job at making sure the colors were correct and the design was perfect. Reasonably priced at $65 for gel mani and polish pedi. I would definitely recommend this salon and make sure you call ahead for an appointment. They can get pretty busy on the wknds. read more

I used to to go Solace nails for their fast service and convenience aspect that they offer, but that changed after the last time I went. I usually get dip on my nails, but I wanted to give my nails a break, so I went ahead and got a regular French manicure. I was shocked with the result. First, the lady asked me to pay before she did my nails, which I thought was odd. Then she did my nails in about 10 minutes. She never asked how thick I wanted the white part of the French manicure to be, and when she was "done" with my nails, she did not say anything to me. She got up and walked away. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for her to come back while the rest of the staff were walking past and staring at me, obviously confused as to why I was still there. If she had returned I would've asked her to redo them, and I felt bad inconveniencing the rest of the staff because the salon was pretty busy. I eventually left and will NEVER return. read more

The owner (I believe she was the owner) told me it would be a 5 minute wait and she pointed to an employee saying she's almost done with her customer and we will be next. I even asked her if we would be able to be done at a certain time because we had an appt we had to leave her. She said yes. After 20 minutes of waiting the employee got done with her customer and called another customer to her station to start her nails! We left and will not be back. The place was dirty too. I don't appreciate being lied to and that's what she did. read more

I made an appointment at this nail salon with my sister and three nieces for a girls day out. I specifically asked for 5 mani and 5 pedi AT THE SAME TIME. I was assured over and over that this was not a problem. As we sat down they only started my pedicure and after 30 mins they were taking walk ins for manicures but no one was fulfilling our appointments. When we asked they all pretended like they had no idea what we were talking about. We decided to get up and leave- no apology no offer to make it up nothing. Basically they put us in pedicure chairs and then took other people thinking we were not going to leave. Wrong. I will never go back to this place- VERY unprofessional and total waste of time! They also have VERY young technicians that didn't appear to be licensed. read more

My friend and I got manis/pedis here. The ladies who worked on us were very nice. I liked the massage chair and footbath for the pedicure! I would definitely go back, I did have a couple of spots on my nails that were little bubbles that I wish had been caught, and it was a little expensive to do both manis/pedis together often. The nail art was cute! I liked that you bought your own manicure kit for $2 that you can bring back and use each time. That way you know it hasn't been used by other people! I had a pedi and mani here, and they did a great job at it. The employees were attentive and kept me relaxed. My nail tech was very kind and sweet. She didn't make those awkward small talks that I usually get at other nail salons. I got to meet the owner! She greeted me with a warm smile, and judging by the classy appearances of her salon and functionality, she knows how to run her buisness smooth and professional. The only downside I could think of are the massaging chairs. They were a bit rough on me, but the adjustment settings are easy when they showed me. This is my go-to nail place for pedicures. The employees are all friendly and the place is very clean. I recommend making an appointment, though I've learned they don't always turn away walk ins if they come in right before someone's appointment, so sometimes you still have to wait a bit. I'd say in the 10 times I've gone in with an appointment, I've had to wait 3 times. read more
