Gave over a 24 hour notice, 40 hours to be exact and was still charged a $79 cancellation fee. The person said there was nothing they could do about the charge and that was just there policy. When I asked if I could speak to someone else they said no one else was here but they would have someone call but they could not tell me when that would be.

I made sure I told the stylist that my daughter wanted to be pretty blond. when I went back 3 hrs later, my daughter wasn't as blond as i requested and when she checked my out, my total was now $240. I said $80 more than I was told??? she said they had to use extra color. $80 for more color??? and for color that was not as blond as asked for.... Needless to say, we will not be returning or recommending.
