Yes, I am satisfied with the color of the purple I received but I am disappointed in the fact they ignored my gray patch in the front of my hairline. They failed to color my hair a darker color up top and are refusing to refund. I do not want any one in this salon to touch my hair ever again, I have major trust issues and they burnt that bridge. I signed the contract 2, maybe 3 weeks before my appointment and I completely forgot about it. They did not disclose anything with me that they were doing with my hair, besides the purple color. They claimed they were putting darker hair color in the top but it's not. Also, the use TEMPORARY color. Who TF charges $300 for temporary hair color?!
