I've been looking for someone around the area...you wouldn't believe how hard it is to find someone that excels at cutting men's hair, even at barbershops. I'll definitely be back. And here's my wife's impressions: I had the best haircut experience of my life (no hyperbole) with Graham. He spent at least 20 min talking to me and making sure he understood what I wanted and how I work with my hair every day, because I was so nervous after getting bad haircut after bad haircut elsewhere (okay, not bad just nothing like I wanted). After he started cutting, he seemed like he was really enjoying working with my hair and in general made me feel like a million bucks. My hair turned out amazing, even better than I had hoped. I'm moving to Denver soon but I'll be back to get my hair cut by this genius of a man.

I went in to get my hair cut and dyed the day before my birthday, the place is cute and calm but…read morethe quality was horrible. My hair was brown/red from a previous dye and I wanted golden blonde all over, not highlights or a foil weave, full blonde. I was given highlights that you could barely see and I left the salon crying. I went back in to ask for it to be fixed the next day and was able to get in. But when I went in I showed alia and another stylist my reference Pic (which was me a couple years ago) and I was told the color i had was basically the same and only needed a little lightening. I said the problem is that I was expecting all of my hair to be lightened and not just highlights. They said okay and began, I was so uncomfortable having alia doing my hair again that I didnt realize she did another foil weave until she was almost done. I should have said something but I didnt because I was already feeling ignored. Alia said she had a haircut coming in and that someone else will check on the bleach. Almost 45 minutes later someone comes and check the foil, and asks what was wrong with how it was, and I said again that I didnt want highlights and I wanted all over blonde and she said "yeah, this is almost there" and walked away. I sat in the chair crying for 15-20minutes and not a single stylist noticed. The bleach was put on my head around 3:30, and didnt get washed off until 5:20. After a rushed wash and "blow dry" my hair was still damp and full of chunky, bright highlights. So over two days I spent 200$ and almost 8 hours at the salon to leave with hair thats still not what I asked for. I left crying again and will never be returning to this salon, I was ignored and how I wanted my hair was disregarded for what she wanted to do. Below is the final of what my hair looks like. Spending that much money at a professional salon shouldn't end in two days of tears and a ruined day.

Yes, I am satisfied with the color of the purple I received but I am disappointed in the fact they ignored my gray patch in the front of my hairline. They failed to color my hair a darker color up top and are refusing to refund. I do not want any one in this salon to touch my hair ever again, I have major trust issues and they burnt that bridge. I signed the contract 2, maybe 3 weeks before my appointment and I completely forgot about it. They did not disclose anything with me that they were doing with my hair, besides the purple color. There was a fire this summer and now they are in Bradley Fair. For many years I purchased their services and products and I had joined a program where I received money back to apply towards services. I was told records of these funds were lost in the fire so I was sol but I could join the new program for $20. I realize its only $20 ,but since they lost several hundred dollars it seems unreasonable to ask me to pay $20 for the NEW program. I stated this but no one really cared.
