By far one of the worst experiences I've had here. I called ahead and asked if they had time to do a walk in pedicure and nails and they said yes. Less than 10 minutes later I was there. I checked in and was told to pick a pedicure chair. After 5-10 minutes of sitting there the receptionist started my water. I sat with my feet soaking for 40 minutes before someone came over to do my nails, needless to say my water was cold now. Finally, a girl came over just to leave and go fix someone else's nail first. Once she was back I show her what I wanted and she says she can do it. As she's scrubbing my feet, she flung sugar scrub onto my Uggs and just looked at me to see if I noticed. I finally grab them since she's clearly not going to wipe it off and ask for a towel to do it myself. Overall I sat there soaking my feet longer than my actual pedicure lasted. My shoes got ruined. And she did not do what I asked on my toes, and cut them unevenly without filing them. I've come here many times, but I don't think I'll be back after this experience. Awful. read more

I started coming here the last couple times I decided to splurge and go to a nail salon. They are always busy which is a good sign.. if you don't make an appointment you will probably have to wait so be ready for that. Today I did a walk in for a pedi and dip nails. The pedicure was amazing I went with the Hawaiian one citrus twist.. even though I was a walk in and they were busy when it was my turn I wasn't made to feel like she was rushing. Everything was clean and though I had to leave before getting my nails done due to family I will Definitely be going back. read more

I have been going to this salon for over 2 years and just recently have been so upset with their quality of work. There are a few amazing nail techs but there are also some awful ones mixed in. I had Eliana do my nails today and left in tears because they look so awful. Even after confronting throughout the session she ensured she was "not finished yet". When I got to the counter I was overcharged by her and had to explain the price based on the prices on the wall. The one star given is for the clean and comfortable atmosphere. read more

Let me just start by saying if I could leave a Negative star review I would! Got my nails done this evening and the technician was more concerned with joking around and not focusing on the poor work quality being done to my nails. I had to mention several time about the dip powder having ripples in it. The technician initially was planning to leave it that way and said to me "no it's fine". It wasn't until he noticed I wasn't happy with the end result that he decided to fix the awful job. I would NOT recommend this facility to my worst enemy. Thankfully, after speaking the manager, Mendy she was able to fix my nails at no extra cost to ensure I left satisfied. She is the only technician I would recommend to anyone. read more

I am honestly so disappointed. I visited anticipating good service but sadly that was not the case. I got my nails done on a Friday evening. They started to chip on Saturday. This is how they looked as of the following Monday. When I talked to the manager asking for my money back he said he couldn't do that-- why?-- because he already spent the money. I gave this salon the benefit of the doubt but this is the second time my nails have chipped prematurely. Terrible service. Extremely unprofessional. If I could give them no stars I would. My manicure felt rushed and left my nails a little uneven and thicker than I'd like. My pedicure left my toe a little bloody and tender. The technicians were nice. And a clean salon. I do not recommend coming for a full set. After just a week my nails became mis-shaped and started to chip! They were too expensive for them to fall apart after only a week. I just wasted an hour and half of my life here, I understand that's it Saturday and there will be a wait. Every time I asked the receptionist how much longer my wait is they changed the time, first it was "only 10 more minutes" next it was "the wait is only 30 more minutes" and so on. I was very unhappy, the nail tech allowed my nails and hands to soak to long in the chemical to remove old nail power and now my hands are a mess, extremely dry, she was very rough as well. The nail techs visit entirely to much between themselves, which causes them to make mistakes. There are too many nail salons in town to accept this behavior, run don't walk away from this business, they are not worth the time and money!!! read more

This salon is horrible. The woman was so rough when she was doing my nails. She was throwing them around and being careless. I had a picture of the nail design I wanted and she gave me something completely different. I wanted matte nude nails with 2 fingers gold glitter to match a dress. She didn't even shape my nails good. I had to go buy a nail file and fix them. She said matte nails are $2 extra so I said okay. After she was all done she put oil on my nails and said it was cuticle softener and that my nails would turn matte after the oil dried. It did not turn matte and she missed all of the corners. I would not even give this place one star. It was horrible. If I was not in a rush to catch my flight, I would have stayed and complained. I went in for gel nails and came our with a disaster. Last week, I went in for dip. The girl did a terrible job. I wish I would have taken pictures of them but they were very, very thick and even more lumpy. Instead of complaining I just went back today to get a new set. I have been coming for years and have always loved it and I can empathize with having a bad day or maybe being new. So today, the girl working at table 7 informed me it was going to be $45. I said ok. She seemed annoyed the whole time. The lady getting her nails done next to me was telling me that this was her first time getting her nails done and asked how often I come in. I responded and said once a month typically. The girl doing my nails then made a comment so I asked her what she said and she said "actually you were here a week ago." Like that was a bad thing? I guess I should have complained instead. She never had me rinse my hands. Plus she left a big dent on my thumb. I decided I was never coming back ever again but still left her a tip which she was genuinely surprised. I don't get my nails done often, but my niece was in town and I wanted to treat her to a pedicure. We tried another salon before this one, but there was only one lady working and it seemed like we would have to wait a while. We walked into Nails Today and we immediately got to sit down, as they had at least 5 people working at once. I got a French pedicure and my niece got a nice color. They were speedy, but not too speedy. Overall I was satisfied with the services. Everything seemed very clean, and the atmosphere seemed very friendly. Would not recommend this place at all. Went in for a pedicure. Nail tech cut my toe and made it bleed and didn't acknowledge me when I said something. On top of that there was a bubble in the polish and she tried to tell me it was my nail. Funny thing is my nails were polished prior to that and my nails were smooth. Besides that she had filed my nails so it wasn't possible that it was my nail anyway. They seem to understand you until you have a complaint. read more
