I called ahead of time and they told me to wait about 30 minutes for a walk in spot. I arrive when they said. and about 15 minutes into my appointment, a group of gals walked in. so the lady started speeding through the service. didn't buff the nails at all. then when I asked to change the design, she got an attitude and said I already did a couple fingers. mind you I only got red tips. very choppy job. hardly any communication. And left paint all over my fingers. very disappointed. Ended up paying 60 for me to come home and take the polish off so I can fix them. So many good reviews about them, to get nails like this.. will not be returning to them. read more

I went here and got my nails done for the first time in 10 yes because I wanted to treat myself and omg this visit reminded me very fast as to why I stopped paying almost 60 just to get some messed up trash on my hands that is not easy to get back off. I am so very disappointed I even gave the lady a 10 tip they looked ok inside but as soon as I came outside my heart sank it's bad man really bad. Don't waste your time or money here. My daughter in law took her Friday with us to get hers done hers was so bad she literally could not take it and got them done elsewhere the next day it was bad bad man. read more

The lady in charge not sure her name was VERY rude upon arrival! She then began being very aggressive while I was in the chair she was tossing and throwing my hands around then after I told her I needed to soak my nails off she proceeded to RIP my nails off !! Literally clipping them off super low to where it was painful as hell. Then kept going after I said something twice. After she ripped them off she asked to take a picture of my hands which I thought was weird but she does it anyways then tells me i need to go to the doctor because my nails are ripped I should've walked out but she already removed my nails. She RUSHED me , the nails looked nothing like the design I would never recommend this place an it was my first time going. She was beyond rude never ever had an experience at a nail salon like this! I went for a fill and a pedicure and they did a great job on my pedicure but on the fill they cut me so many times I had to pull my hand back. I went back again for another fill and again they cut my fingers multiple times, I didn't even care what they looked like I was just ready to leave. I would recommend for a pedicure but I would not recommend for nails. read more

Me and my mom and recently my little sister have been getting them done and there's times where we've gone 2 months without getting filled and they all stay on! We recently got them done a week before my birthday and i still have all of them (it was 3 weeks ago) but they did my brother! we might be going today but they never seem to disappoint us we love getting our nails done by them! there was one time that i didn't like the way my nails turned out but that's ok cuz we still love how well they do! read more

Horrible experience. Booked 3 pedis, 2 got done and I just sat the whole time. No one ever said anything until I got up to leave. I was told the guy that was booked to do mine said he did not want to do mine cause I was a guy and he did not want to touch guy but he wanted to be all over the girls when it was time for their manicure. Also many state violations. Using equipment that is not state board approved, watched a girl get her brows waxed and the person re-dipped the wooden stick many times so just contaminated the entire pot of wax. read more

I forget the name if the lady that did my nails, she was very friendly and chatted with me the entire time while doing my nails. I just got a simple gel manicure but she did suggest glitter to bring it out a bit and I accepted (of course) I saw that they also do individual lash extensions for under $100. I will definitely return for my nails and other services, as I did see they were doing brow waxing and lashes in a few customers while I visited and they were happy with their results. read more

Worst nail experience ever. First told me she was going to "fill" my Dipped nails, then removed the Dip product from my nails by prying under it with a nail file and ripping the top layers of my nails off. Had to get two tips applied to attempt to make my nails even after, and still were not even. Reapplied Dip product, nails began cracking and chipping after few days. Would not recommend this salon, it is clean and they are friendly, but the skill/knowledge level is very poor. read more
