I had a pedicure and acrylic fill done at the same time. I knew it wouldn't be as relaxing this way but was in a time crunch. The lady who did the pedicure was awesome and it WOULD have been relaxing but the lady doing my nails "talked" ie yelling to other workers constantly right in my ear, made several calls on speaker phone talking away, and kept wiping her nose (gross). She then proceeded to put lotion on my hands after wiping her nose again. Needless to say I won't go back. The quality on my nails was not good as you might expect with so many interruptions. read more

the owner is super nice. However, The technician who worked on me was on her phone DURING the pedicure. A few moments later she did something that made my toe bleed and then continued to pick at the area until I finally had to ask her to please stop. Ordinarily a great experience but the pregnant chick just goes through the mechanics of her job and doesn't give a crap the sub par job she does for a $65.00 pedicure. I get ingrown toe nails pretty bad. I normally have to practically beg for them to be got out all the way. Not here (I wish I would have got her name) she could tell I had them without me even saying anything. Anyone that gets them knows, it hurts getting them out most of the time but the sweet relief when they are got out correctly. Seriously chefs kiss. Three strikes and you're out. I haven't had very good luck here since the management change. Don't bother making an appointment, you will be late getting in due to their lack of regard of their customer's time! If you say something, they will then rush to get you done and do a crap job. Also, they will for sure be pushy and ask you multiple times if you want more than you've asked for. Frustrated for the last time, I won't be going back. : ( read more

I walked into this facility and felt rushed from the very start. I was asked if I wanted a different service and I said no. I was asked again and I said no. Then the last time I was asked to do a service that I had never done and didn't want to do I stated no firmly and finally it was agreed that the service that I originally asked for would be provided. Then my service was I interrupted several times by any and everyone that had a question or walked through the door. My service was completely rushed through and it wasn't even one full week before my nails started lifting at the back by my cuticles. My nails were not filed evenly. I've probably been to this salon 4 or 5 times and never had any issues (despite the string of negative reviews below). Prices are reasonable and competitive. I typically do shellac on my pedicure (it lasts 3-4 weeks) and either shellac or dip on my hands (lasts 3-4 weeks). The people that work there are nice and they provide a good product. This was the worst experience in a nail salon that I have ever had. The air conditioner was broken, the door was propped open, and all sorts of bugs were flying in and out of the place. The nail polish selection was also less than satisfactory. A male nail tech was doing my nails, and didn't let me choose the length of my acrylics, was extremely rough and also very unfriendly. He did not clean or cut my nails/cuticles before applying the acrylic. I requested to talk to the manager because I was astonished at the way me, as a customer, was being treated. I was then greeted by her, she asked me what the problem was and when i told her, her demeanor automatically changed into unpleasant. I proceeded to tell her why i was unhappy, and that i refused to pay for something that i did not ask for, nor want. She disallowed me to get them taken off, or redone, and then told me to "Just leave." As i was getting into my car, outside, she then yelled from the front desk "to never come back." This was my first and last time at this Nail salon & I would never suggest it to anyone, if they want good service. read more

I've been going to Sassy Nail for years. Tony and Kim were professional and clean. I could always count on a great job. After it was bought out I went back. Not very impressed so I quit going. I was in a hurry to get my nails done so I went back. The girl who did them was nice but her shirt was filthy and her nail station was disgusting. Half way thru another employee came up and stood next to her and they talked in their language. Are they talking about me? Anyway I was done and she told me $27. I gave her my debit card. She asked if I had cash or a checkbook. I told her No. She said they prefer cash so remember for next time. There won't be a next time! read more

I took my 14 yr old to get our nails done as a treat for good grades. When we got there they took us to stations 2 rows from each other. This was ok, but I find that it is normally practice that if you come together then you usually sit together. The man that did my daughters seemed bored and uninterested. She was done before me and when she came over I noticed how short her nails were (almost even with her finger tips). I asked her if she wanted them that short and she said no but the guy did it anyway with no concern for her request. Mine nails seemed fine even though the girl was incredibly slow and seemed not sure what she was doing at times, so we paid and left. The next day my daughter had 2 nails that had lifted throughout the night and broke off. My acrylic developed cracks in it (that has NEVER happened to me before). Won't be going back. Also they want to charge more for "solar" nails vs. acrylic nails. For people that don't know...solar nails are acrylic nails...it's just a name brand. They just want to try and con a few extra dollars out of you. read more

I went here before my senior prom. I'd have to say that my experience here was average. The moment I sat down my nail guy asked me what kind of Asian I was. I thought he was just making small talk and told him Chinese. He immediately began to talk to the other ladies while looking and gesturing towards me in Vietnamese. I'm Chinese, not deaf. Maybe after 5 minutes of leaving Sassy Nail the paint on my finger began to smudge. They might do better jobs on acrylics and gel nails but they don't do that swell of a job with nail polish. read more

It is difficult to find someone who does your nails exactly how you like them. Tony at Sassy Nails is the only person I trust to do my gel nails. I have been going to him exclusively for about 4 or 5 years. He has even fixed my nails for me a couple of times when I strayed due to schedule conflicts. Terrible salon. Everything is really dirty. Asked for a French manicure. Nails were filed all jagged and uneven. Polish is full of streaks and bubbles. Tech missed the sides of 6 nails and brought the white French tips clear down to the middle of my fingernails. Worst manicure I've ever had. read more
