Linh spent time with me, really taking good care of my nails and my dry skin, recommending a specific gel nail treatment that thickened my weak and brittle nails. I'm currently on my third day since I got my nails done and I've gotten a couple compliments. I love getting dip! However, their color selection for dip was not as big as I would have liked. They did not have the darker "Dodger" blue I was looking for. They had a bigger variety for acrylic but that's not my style. One of the workers kept trying to press me to get them. Overall I had a pretty good experience here! My sister and i did not set up an appointment but were able to walk right in because it was not busy. Mask were required and they are also making you fill out waivers in regards to how you are feeling. Does not take very long. Just a couple checks to make in some boxes and you're done. My nail tech was Anna and she was mostly outgoing!! She just had a little trouble speaking good English. Most of them in there did. Which was not that big of a deal! My nails turned out almost exactly how I wanted them! The only complaints that I have is that her filing job was not excellent. My nails turned out a little crooked, but not super noticeable. Another complaint was that it was a little bit more expensive than a couple other places I've been to on Andover Road. All and all. Very clean and well kept up place! read more

Simply the highest quality and most knowledgeable care of my digits. And mine are ugly and not easy to care for. Linh has taken care of my nails for about 5 years. Not an easy task and impossible for me. Mayo Clinic even suggested specific procedures which Linh embraced. She and her staff are fantastic. I would suggest an advanced appointment however, as they are extremely busy. They accept Walk-ins but you might have to wait a few minutes for this exceptional level of care! The best! read more

My experience is that this was not relaxing pedicure as my nail tech was very ruff. I had to ask her numerous times to stop being so ruff while filing my nails. When she sprayed the alcohol on my toes to remove the lotion the skin around my toes burned. I also requested that she cut my nail strait across. Did not follow my instructions and now having pain in my nail bed because of this. This is my second experience and I will not return. read more

I got a manicure and shellac here. The lady spent 5 minutes max on cleaning my nails and did a careless job, leaving my nails jagged and uneven and my fingers red and in pain. She then refused to do acrylics and did a terrible shellac job. While I was putting my hand in the led drying lamp, she pushed my hand into it, causing it to damage my nail. Not totally awful, but not that good. Pedicure consisted of mostly soaking feet in water for 45 minutes. The attention to toenails was alright, but the exfoliating done on my feet was a weak effort on the technician's part. I can do better at home with a foot sander in 5 minutes than I paid to get done at this nail salon. Gel polish that I picked was nearly running out, and they didn't offer to open a fresh bottle. This resulted in poor coverage and in the sunlight it looked terrible. Either tell me you don't have enough in the bottle to do it properly so I can pick a different color, or open a new bottle. This was my second time at this salon and for some reason I've gotten new techs both times. It's not that they are bad, but they need more practice before they work on a paying customer. They were very unsure of themselves. And, as is the usual with nail salons, a lot of banter in their native language was going on, and that always makes their English-speaking customers feel vulnerable. If I think you are talking about me, then I won't be back, and I'll never recommend you. Three other ladies in the salon noted the talking and laughing between the techs and none of them looked happy about it either. Finally, they have a large tv hanging in the salon. It's never on. Give the customers something to watch, and preferably not Jerry Springer or some dumb divorce court show. Ugh. Not going back. read more
