I told them I would be there in 20 minutes and they agreed to that. I walked in. They greeted me and continued to get a station ready for me. I was told to sit and start soaking. There were 3 other ladies already in tubs. 2 were getting serviced and the third was clearly still waiting. I figured ok, once they finish up, then they will start us. It took 45 minutes before a tech sat in front of me. To make matters worse I wasn't even next in line. She proceeded to take my polish off. Which I didn't get as she went from toe to toe barely cleaning them off. She continued with the cuticle pusher and again barely touching them. She proceeded to use the foot file and as she was rushing through this process she cut my pinky toe pretty bad. It was clear to me this was simply all about quantity not quality. She was skipping toes and literally leaving cuticles in plain view. I was in pain and annoyed so I asked her not to finish as she unsuccessfully tried to get the bleeding to stop. I asked for a bandaid and they charged me a discounted fee. Which looking back I shouldn't have even paid. It was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I literally had to finish what she had started. Thankfully i did nails for over 20 years in real spas and knew what I was doing! I couldn't wear anything but open toe shoes because of the constant bleeding. Save your money. It wasn't worth the $25 they charged me let alone what they normally charge.

When I got there, she did not have my info, but I showed her my confirmation on messenger and she accommodated me right away! They are used to only taking bookings on their website now, so my messenger request didn't go through. I was really happy they still got me in right away for my scheduled time even though they were busy. The nice young lady that did my pedicure seemed like she knew what she was doing, but also like she was new, if that makes sense. She knew what to do as far as doing everything in order, but her touch was so dainty and soft. I wished I had the guy that was giving the pedicure to a lady beside me because he was really massaging and digging in. This lady looked like she was in heaven. I felt like I needed to tell her that my toes are not fragile pieces of glass. I actually have really nice feet and uniformed pretty toes so I'm sure it wasn't that my feet were gross in anyway. She just has too soft of a touch for pedicures. I have to say, her nail polish skills were on point!!! Not a speck of polish on my skin and they were PERFECT. Very beautiful! Only disappointed part was when I went to pay I had 2 gift cards to use. One was a Christmas gift that worked just fine, and another was a GC given to me from Blum management directly as a thank you for being a bride that brought in a very large bridal party of women and a few groomsman. She gave me the gift card as a "thank you for the business", but it had nothing on it! I was so disappointed. I tried to explain, but there was nothing the girl could do. I had to pay the difference which wasn't a huge deal. It's just the principle of the matter I guess.
