I went in and was immediately helped, I did make an appointment on their website which was very easy to use. Everyone was very nice and the lady who did my nails was very thorough and neat. I had a reference picture and she tried her best to recreate it and she did an amazing job! My total ended up being $75 not including the tip but since it is a luxury I was not surprised I just wanted to mention it so people can know what to expect. If you are trying to budget how much it will be I would just try to account for the up charges of shape, French tip, gems or chrome because it will cost extra as well. Overall I would recommend! I do not get my nails done often but when I do I will definitely be coming back! (The only thing I would not recommend is getting chrome because it's doesn't really show and isn't that noticeable but cost extra since it's extra product which I understand I just wanted to mention) read more

Poor isolation techniques!!! My lashes were HURTING!!!! My real lashes came off with the extensions!!! They were GLUED TOGETHER. And the lady who did my lashes kept talking, stayed on her phone texting, I couldn't relax, and my eyes ended up looking uneven!!! I wanted to cry. She made one eye look bigger than the other. I highly doubt they're licensed to do lashes. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES. She BEGGED me for a tip after doing all she did to me!!! I had high hopes because I had a 20% off coupon for my first visit. The first picture was the inspiration, the second was what I got. They also charged me $30 for them just having chrome. My total was $105, with the most basic pedicure and the nails. I get my nails done often, but my fingers were sore and the nails were extremely thick. I went to a different salon the next day because I couldn't deal with it. Not only was the color off, but they were wide and thick. I will never be returning. read more

No. Just no. First of all the pedicure I paid for is not what I got and did not last as long as it was advertised for. I paid for an hour pedicure and it lasted barely 30 minutes. Then they made me walk bare foot across their floor because they didn't have any of the disposable sandals (gross, just gross) They also upcharged me $20 for gel polish on my toes when the lady only gave me the gel samples so I assumed they were part of the more expensive pedicure I got since they were the only samples she offered (great way to scam your customers on an up-charge). Then they do my nails and they are not even, you can see brush strokes(I got matte and they are not at all even) the polish also doesn't even cover my entire nail. (A technique used so you're forced to get a filler done sooner or take the nails off) I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I was a little early for my appointment and no one seemed to notice I was there. Two staffers were sitting in the couch in the waiting area on their phones for 10 minutes while I sat there awkwardly as one woman who was working tried to tend to me and her customer. I thought they were other customers or I would have tried to ask them about my appointment. I wasn't sure what I got myself into but once I was seated, the appointment went very well. Sandra did my gel manicure and over 2 weeks later, they still look great, although they've grown out. I didn't catch the girl's name who did my pedicure but she did a good job. It was quiet for a Friday but I will go back ven though it was off to an awkward start. I love being able to book appointments online! read more

Just wanted to take the time to write a review for this amazing nail salon. First, the salon is beautiful, spotless, spacious and welcoming. Next, I showed up on a day Saturday afternoon, without an appointment, but, thankfully, they were STILL able to fit me in. I had the pleasure of chatting with Bao and his wife (the owners). Both are amazing, kind, genuine, and talented. He did my nails and she did my pedicure; I loved both services. They took their time and didn't rush anything, like other places. Finally, customer service is top notch. Everyone was very welcoming. I recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for (or needing) to be pampered. Or if you just want a luxurious experience. I've gone here a couple times and initially thought the place was great. However this last time changed my mind completely. They were very unprofessional and entirely unsanitary. The technicians were sloppy and caused my nails to bleed. When trying to explain that it wasn't a good experience, they suggested that it was my fault and didn't attempt to make it right. If I could give 0 stars I would! Honestly, me and my mom had the worst experience at this salon ever. We just moved to the Wichita Area and we wanted to get our nails and feet done more today since it was her birthday. My mom asked to get the pedicure that was $35 and acrylic nails that was starting at $35 as well and they made me and my mom feel so stupid. My mom just told them that she didn't want her nails long because she usually doesn't get them long and I said the same thing. One lady went off to say that we shouldn't get nail polish or gel because it wouldn't last long but we didn't even ask for neither. They didn't even give us the acrylic powder samples to choose from. Off the bat they just wanted us to get gel manicures when we didn't even want that. And one of the workers came to "show" her gel manicure she started to laugh. I have really thin and short eyelashes, but that ended today when I visited EMELI KATE. I love my new long and thicker eyelashes. The service was awesome. I was cold so the owner's wife gave me a soft blanket. The owner and staff were friendly too. The salon is clean, classy, and beautiful. And I love the reward points so I am coming back. read more
