I told them I would be there in 20 minutes and they agreed to that. I walked in. They greeted me and continued to get a station ready for me. I was told to sit and start soaking. There were 3 other ladies already in tubs. 2 were getting serviced and the third was clearly still waiting. I figured ok, once they finish up, then they will start us. It took 45 minutes before a tech sat in front of me. To make matters worse I wasn't even next in line. She proceeded to take my polish off. Which I didn't get as she went from toe to toe barely cleaning them off. She continued with the cuticle pusher and again barely touching them. She proceeded to use the foot file and as she was rushing through this process she cut my pinky toe pretty bad. It was clear to me this was simply all about quantity not quality. She was skipping toes and literally leaving cuticles in plain view. I was in pain and annoyed so I asked her not to finish as she unsuccessfully tried to get the bleeding to stop. I asked for a bandaid and they charged me a discounted fee. Which looking back I shouldn't have even paid. It was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I literally had to finish what she had started. Thankfully i did nails for over 20 years in real spas and knew what I was doing! I couldn't wear anything but open toe shoes because of the constant bleeding. Save your money. It wasn't worth the $25 they charged me let alone what they normally charge.

I always get dipping powder manicures, and when the technician removed my previous manicure, she didn't use acetone. Instead, she used a fake nail to slide between my natural nail and the old product. I'm not sure if this is their usual method, but it was painful and uncomfortable. I specifically told her that I did not want tips or fake nails because I don't like them. However, after she cut two of my natural nails too short, she had to apply tips to those two nails. This could have been avoided if she had been more careful from the beginning. When she asked me what shape I wanted, I clearly requested almond-shaped nails. Unfortunately, the final shape did not look like almond nails at all. The design was also completely different from what I expected, and the overall result looked messy and poorly done. One of the nails with a tip was especially bad, with a noticeable uneven, bumpy surface that looked like a mountain instead of a smooth nail. I paid $67 for this service, and the quality was nowhere near what I expected for that price. I had also requested both a manicure and a pedicure, but somehow the pedicure seemed to have been forgotten. After my manicure was finished, the technician quickly moved on to another client's pedicure. Honestly, after seeing the quality of my manicure, I was relieved that they forgot about my pedicure. When the receptionist kindly asked if I liked my nails, I said yes, but that was my mistake. I was so frustrated and just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I should have been honest about my experience. I do want to point out that the receptionist was very sweet, polite, and welcoming. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the technician's work.
