I was a little surprised he cut my nails crooked and did not fully remove the previous nail polish before layering with new color. I noticed all of it at the time was was in a hurry to get ready to leave town next day. I also didnt want to seem picky or rude. But after a couple of days the polish rubbed off quick. Never had that when I do it at home and I dont use clear top coat. I personally believe pedicures are to expensive and I prefer to do it at home but I wanted to go out with a friend to do something different. Again very good service and nothing person on them. I always get dipping powder manicures, and when the technician removed my previous manicure, she didn't use acetone. Instead, she used a fake nail to slide between my natural nail and the old product. I'm not sure if this is their usual method, but it was painful and uncomfortable. I specifically told her that I did not want tips or fake nails because I don't like them. However, after she cut two of my natural nails too short, she had to apply tips to those two nails. This could have been avoided if she had been more careful from the beginning. When she asked me what shape I wanted, I clearly requested almond-shaped nails. Unfortunately, the final shape did not look like almond nails at all. The design was also completely different from what I expected, and the overall result looked messy and poorly done. One of the nails with a tip was especially bad, with a noticeable uneven, bumpy surface that looked like a mountain instead of a smooth nail. I paid $67 for this service, and the quality was nowhere near what I expected for that price. I had also requested both a manicure and a pedicure, but somehow the pedicure seemed to have been forgotten. After my manicure was finished, the technician quickly moved on to another client's pedicure. Honestly, after seeing the quality of my manicure, I was relieved that they forgot about my pedicure. When the receptionist kindly asked if I liked my nails, I said yes, but that was my mistake. I was so frustrated and just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I should have been honest about my experience. I do want to point out that the receptionist was very sweet, polite, and welcoming. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the technician's work. I don't know her name, but I strongly believe management needs to review the quality of her work and pay closer attention to the services being provided. I would not recommend this place based on my experience, and I will not be returning. I went in expecting a beautiful manicure and left extremely disappointed. For $67, I expected much better quality, attention to detail, and professionalism.

When I got there, she did not have my info, but I showed her my confirmation on messenger and she accommodated me right away! They are used to only taking bookings on their website now, so my messenger request didn't go through. I was really happy they still got me in right away for my scheduled time even though they were busy. The nice young lady that did my pedicure seemed like she knew what she was doing, but also like she was new, if that makes sense. She knew what to do as far as doing everything in order, but her touch was so dainty and soft. I wished I had the guy that was giving the pedicure to a lady beside me because he was really massaging and digging in. This lady looked like she was in heaven. I felt like I needed to tell her that my toes are not fragile pieces of glass. I actually have really nice feet and uniformed pretty toes so I'm sure it wasn't that my feet were gross in anyway.
