My older sister highly recommended this for my friends and I to go to for my birthday trip. Her best friend has never had issues here, and has gone multiple times. We booked online the morning of, and half of us were sat down pretty quick, and the other half had to wait. Most of us got hybrids, and one of us got gel. I sat down first out of all my friends, and got done second to last, right before my friend who sat down about 40 minutes later than I did. Honestly, her nails were just as complicated, if not more complicated than mine. My lady, who I never got the name was, cut my finger with her drill. I think she was trying to cut off my cuticle with it. A few of my friends got staff that were nice and talkative, that actually did close to what they wanted. My nails were about 85 dollars, and the lowest their machine allowed me to tip was 20%, so about 18 dollars. Which is no where near what I would've tipped. If at all. I told them I would be there in 20 minutes and they agreed to that. I walked in. They greeted me and continued to get a station ready for me. I was told to sit and start soaking. There were 3 other ladies already in tubs. 2 were getting serviced and the third was clearly still waiting. I figured ok, once they finish up, then they will start us. It took 45 minutes before a tech sat in front of me. To make matters worse I wasn't even next in line. She proceeded to take my polish off. Which I didn't get as she went from toe to toe barely cleaning them off. She continued with the cuticle pusher and again barely touching them. She proceeded to use the foot file and as she was rushing through this process she cut my pinky toe pretty bad. It was clear to me this was simply all about quantity not quality. She was skipping toes and literally leaving cuticles in plain view. I was in pain and annoyed so I asked her not to finish as she unsuccessfully tried to get the bleeding to stop. I asked for a bandaid and they charged me a discounted fee. Which looking back I shouldn't have even paid. It was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I literally had to finish what she had started. Thankfully i did nails for over 20 years in real spas and knew what I was doing! I couldn't wear anything but open toe shoes because of the constant bleeding. Save your money. It wasn't worth the $25 they charged me let alone what they normally charge.

I always get a gel pedicure and a dip manicure, and the pedicure always lasts a LONG time and the mani lasts 3-4 weeks. This last time, the pedicure lasted 2 weeks before it started chipping and peeling and the mani lasted the same amount of time. Also, when I schedule an appointment I expect to have it start approximately close to the time I schedule it for. I'm pretty flexible so waiting 10-15 minutes is a little annoying but I understand things don't always go as planned. However, when I wait 30+ minutes after my appointment time every time it's really frustrating. I give them a range of time I'm available so they need to be realistic when they give appointment times and not just try to squeeze people in. I will say the people in there are super nice and the prices are great, so if the quality and timing improves I would definitely go back, but at this point unfortunately it's not worth my money.
