Chris and Mason came to the door and spent a couple hours figuring out the problem that had stumped that other electrician. My house is old and some things done by previous owners were problematic like having that circuit powered by two breakers. They fixed that problem, fixed the outlets and installed a new breaker. They were very pleasant to deal with and they even brought treats for my dog. Will definitely call them going forward for all my electrical needs. Five stars!

This was a basic shelf build in a small utility closet housing our water heater. The handyman was…read moreresponsive, punctual, arrived with all materials, and completed the work as quoted. His pricing was fair compared to other estimates I received, and he was accommodating when we requested adjustments after installation due to clearance concerns around the water heater. The quality of the work was appropriate for the type of project. This is a utility closet rather than a visible living space, so I wasn't looking for high-end finish carpentry. The shelving is sturdy and functional, which was the primary goal. There were a few minor points worth noting. The shelves themselves were built from plywood while the framing was pine. This wasn't a major issue, but the exposed plywood edges remain somewhat rough despite being sanded. Additionally, when modifications were needed after installation, the shelf was cut in place with a jigsaw rather than being removed and recut, which left a less polished finish but it is not visible. Regarding pricing, the original quote included a first-time customer discount and staining. After deciding not to stain the shelves, the price remained unchanged. However, given that his overall quote was still significantly lower than many others I received, I felt the pricing remained fair and reasonable. Overall, I definately would hire again for practical, functional projects where value, responsiveness, and getting the job done are more important than fine-finish craftsmanship.

He always explains the issue clearly, walks me through the fix, and makes sure I fully understand what's going on. Most recently, he diagnosed a circuit problem affecting my microwave and circuit. Since I couldn't be there, he carefully explained how he tested everything, shared photos, and wrote detailed notes about his findings. I especially appreciate that he sends photos and explanations in messages so I can go back and refer to them later if I need a reminder about the issue. He was incredibly patient, even taking time to explain things again over the phone. He also goes above and beyond by checking other basic issues around the house and gave helpful advise. He's honest, never tries to upsell unnecessary work, and his prices are very reasonable. He's also very professional -- he always arrives on time and sends a notification before coming. We're very happy with his professionalism, honesty patient and highly recommend him!
