The management blamed me the first time, and after I posted the review, she texted my private number and stated again that it was all because of the length of the hair. As you can see in the article screenshot, bruising is caused by poor technique. I've also had dozens of waxes at this point so I am well aware of how my skin reacts. Unfortunately, the service took 40 minutes and was also the most painful waxing I have experienced. The wax seemed like it was very difficult for the esthetician to remove. At one point, the esthetician used hard wax to remove more hard wax. Multiple times the stick got unstuck and she had to place another one on, or she just pulled too early. While the esthetician herself was a truly lovely person and a pleasure to talk to, I strongly advise not getting this service.
