I had major prolapse issues after having my son and after just one appointment the changes and relief I felt were astounding. She taught me that Kegels are actually not right for some women! A lot of us have too much tension and need relaxing exercises. She is kind, friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable in what is usually a fairly awkward conversation. Talking about bodily functions is usually a bit embarrassing but she normalizes it so much and just puts you at ease right away. I recommend anyone with any pelvic pain or bladder or bowel issues go see her right away. You won't regret it. Also follow her on Instagram for awesome tips and just real honest health info.

I found Jenn's practice through word-of-mouth and I'm so happy that I did! Jenn is professional and knowledgeable about her practice and helped me regain strength after my baby. Communication and setting up appointments was easy! And her studio is clean and in a very convenient location downtown. I would recommend Jenn to any momma looking for some help postpartum

As a lifelong athlete, I have endured many injuries, and with that comes rehabilitation with just…read moreas many Physical Therapists (PTs). Many are very good. However, most of them must pass their care to trainees or "techs" so that they can supervise the operation. The screwed up helath insurance payment system dictates this for these businesses to be viable. I am a retired doctor and know this firsthand. What separates "Dr. Bob" is that he works one-on-one with you during your sessions. And he doesn't waste time having you do your "homework" exercises for him each time. He trusts that you're regularly doing your part. He does test you to confirm that, but the commitment is implied and it's based on mutual respect. Also, he didn't myopically focus on my shoulder as he insisted we work on strengthening the kinetic chain to improve mechanics and lessen the load on my shoulder. Dr. Bob's PT helped me heal my third rotator cuff injury, avoid another surgery, and I returned to the tennis court, surprisingly with a better serve. The shoulder is strong and stable, which shows up in many other parts of my game, bringing the joy of competitive high-level tennis back into my life. I will religiously continue doing my "homework" exercises to maintain my shoulder so hopefully I won't injure it again.

My first impression was great and I left my very first session feeling some immediate relief from a…read moremonth long injury. I wish I'd made myself come in a lot sooner and definitely recommend you come in if you're wondering about sports therapy. There was no pressure just patient answers and competent knowledge.

When I finally hobbled to his office on the first day, we did a thorough intake before he got to work. He has a great sense of humor to help put you at ease and he is very respectful with letting you know what he is about to do and asks permission before he proceeds. Immediately after my first visit, I felt 50% better. After my second and third visits, I felt 80 to 90% better to the point where I was able to lift and carry my 25 pound little boy again. This recovery took place over one and a half weeks. Dr. Valle did a fantastic job listening to my story. He listened to what I hoped to get out of our sessions - to focus on quality of life and be able to interact with my child again as the primary caretaker - and his communication was prompt and accurate. Scheduling could be done either in person or modified via the website with no problem. I would recommend him as a safe, knowledgeable, and friendly option if you're looking for a trusted chiropractor.

This is the third time I have been to see Dr Manny, each time for something different. The first…read moretime, was over 15 years ago when I was struggling with plantar fasciitis. It was no quick fix, but he got me back running again. A bonus is that I am able to wear something other than my running shoes on a daily basis - although I do still look for supportive shoes. 2 years ago an issue flared up related to my lower back and he quickly noticed how out of alignment my hips were and after a few visits, I was feeling so much better. But the reason I am writing this is because of my most recent. I was really struggling with ankle pain. I had not injured it and normally when I get this type of pain, it is an indicator that I need new shoes. But new shoes and 6 weeks of no running did not solve the problem. So I went to see Dr Manny, who showed and then explained to me how my ankle was locked up and it was affecting all sorts of things. After just one visit I was 99% better. I am thrilled and can now feel confident as I start training for a marathon. I am a very happy customer, who will be back when the next issues flares up!
