Never received confirmation of delivery so I called them and they say "the ticket was never printed" so there was "nothing they could do" and they would not be able to deliver the flowers that day. The woman (Kathy) told me I would be receiving a refund, so I ordered same day delivery from a different company. All of a sudden, 3 days later, I guess they conveniently "found the ticket" so tried to deliver the order (no one was home to accept them because these flowers were for a funeral that is now over and everyone had already left to go back home). The staff is always a professional, knowledgeable, they are truly floral artist as they also create custom arrangements and they always look flawless. Their service is really fast and they are dependable. Regardless of your budget, they will help you find something of value and beautiful. The flower shop is small, clean, and smells wonderful with all the fresh flowers everywhere. They have a wide selection to choose from...from floor examples, pictures, and a couple of books to help you decide what the arrangements will looking to select.
