They did a tremendous job of making an arrangement based on the color of a photo I showed them. It was beautiful, fresh and delivered timely. Easy to work with. They will be my go to from now on. read more

This place is top notch!! I've been going there for years. The owner knew my brother, so it's great going in there to speak with her, but unfortunately it's sad having to order sympathy flower arrangements all the time. The staff is always a professional, knowledgeable, they are truly floral artist as they also create custom arrangements and they always look flawless. Their service is really fast and they are dependable. Regardless of your budget, they will help you find something of value and beautiful. The flower shop is small, clean, and smells wonderful with all the fresh flowers everywhere. They have a wide selection to choose from...from floor examples, pictures, and a couple of books to help you decide what the arrangements will looking to select. If you are from out of town (like me) and unable to make it into their shop, they accept orders over the phone...unfortunately they are unable to take orders online at this time. Thank You Rosa's and keep up the great work!! read more

Rosa's Florist - Florists Near Me - Bridgeport, Connecticut

Seeing a bad review for this place reminded me I needed to leave them a review for my wedding they did last year! I was absolutely in love with my flowers! I sent a few examples and Maria literally created it quickly when I came in for my consultation and it was perfect. I got so many compliments on my flowers by the guests. To the point where their daughters have contacted me for the name of the place I used. Maria was super friendly and she gave me a great price (a largely known place that is all over the knot I went to first quoted me 3 times what Rosas did. And I added things to my order with Rosas that I didn't with the other place). My family also used Rosas for my brothers wake flowers. They were beautiful and they made the process very easy during a very tough time. Overall I highly recommend! read more

Rosa's Florist - Florists Near Me - Bridgeport, Connecticut

Rosa's was recommended for my niece's wedding and I went with her for the selections. I will admit that the place is a little chaotic and I expected to sit down and look through albums of ideas. However, Rosa met with my niece and asked her what she had in mind which was hydrangeas. Rosa explained that hydrangeas can "wilt" over the course of the wedding, but suggested that other items could be added for support. Fortunately, my niece listened carefully to the recommendations and the flowers were spectacular. All flowers, (house, church, wedding venue) arrived in plenty of time and looked perfect. Don't be turned off when you first arrive as there is a lot of activity going on. These are very dedicated, talented and skilled flower designers and you will be pleased with their work. From what I understand, their prices were excellent. read more

Rosa's Florist - Flowers one week after the wedding! - Florists Near Me - Bridgeport, Connecticut

From the smallest to the biggest jobs, her work is breathtaking. I have used her talents many times and every one's reaction is "they are so beautiful", a lot of times with tears of appreciation. Thank you for so much for your many years of artist work. read more

I ordered a spray for an wake last minute. I worked with Claudia as well as another woman which was the owner I think. The arrangement I chose was very nice in the picture. However when I saw what the talent amazing sweet compassionate ladies did I was completely blown away.. this arrangement was the most beautiful arrangement I personally have ever seen the size was so perfect. Rosas florist is the only florist I will ever use again and I highly recommend them. My only 2 regrets would be I didn't take a picture to show the world.... And I didn't know about Rosas florist sooner. Thank you so very much Claudia and the entire team that helped make this most breathtaking arrangement I also need to say the boutique was lovely. read more

I use Rosa's florist at least 8 to 10 times per year. Lena and her staff are absolutely fabulous. I don't even have to give her very specific directions I tell her to give us what she thinks looks best and I am always impressed. She always helps me out last minute and pricing is reasonable! Rosas is where I would want someone to order flowers for me!!!! read more

Gal who took order for sympathy flowers asked all the right questions about what I wanted. I didn't want a typical arrangement and instead got the most beautiful display with an artistic flair very well done and great price for what we received. She told me I wouldn't be disappointed and boy was she right. Thank you! Do not hesitate to use this florist! read more

She did my wedding in 2019. Not only is she talented personable and more affordable, but she will work with you! Her flowers are so fresh. The aroma even the next day was amazing. Will definitely come back!!!! read more

Bad experience!! My fiancé went somewhere else to spend a good amount of money for our weeding decor, she didn't feel welcome and people was very rude when she walk in. read more

Service today was horrible. They do not honer their prices!!!!! I had ordered two dozen flowers for my mom today since yesterday (Saturday valued at 114 dollars as I personally went to the store to place the order). When. I went to pick up the flowers today and pay, they charged me 176 dollars. this is an arbitrary 50% price increase and their excuse was that today was Mother's day. I think this is not the way to operate in hard times like these. After i had shown them their own appraisal, their answer was buy it or leave without honoring what they had valued yesterday. I personally will not be going back, especially with the terrible customer service. read more

I was extremely unimpressed by this place as an option for my wedding flowers. I went in person (where they seemed surprised to see me even though I called two weeks earlier and made an appointment). I was very clear that I did not know exactly what I was looking for yet and I was looking for examples/guidance. Rosa said that that was not an issue and to email her examples. I emailed in a bunch of photos and asked for her thoughts about recreating them, and never heard a word back. When I called to follow up, they said "well which ones do you want her to make, they're all different". I said they were just inspiration and I didn't know exactly. They didn't even remember who I was. I hung up and said my fiancé that we dodged a bullet. Lazy, unresponsive, and unwilling to offer any assistance to someone who would have spent a good deal of money. Brides to be-- beware!! read more

Rosa's Florist will be my go-to florist from now on - used them recently for a last minute memorial luncheon and they could not have been more helpful. The flowers were spectacular. We received so many compliments. In fact, 10 days later, the yellow roses are still beautiful. Amazing! read more

I called on the day of a wake for a dear friend's father, to place an order for a standing spray of flowers. I wasn't entirely sure if it could be done within just a few hours, but Rosa's florist did it without a hitch! She asked what colors I would prefer, giving suggestions and said it would be delivered to the funeral home in ample time- which it was! When we arrived later to the funeral parlor, I never imagined the most beautiful flower arrangement would be from us, done by Rosa's! Gorgeous sunflowers offset flowers of deep blue and it was absolutely one of the most beautiful arrangements I'd ever seen! Our family felt a lot of pride for choosing Russo's florist. I considered it a huge value for the price we paid and the widow of the deceased remarked when the cards were removed for the funeral that it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen! I'd like to think during that time of great sadness that it helped her remember the beauty of the life we were celebrating and the loving thoughts given her and her family's way. I would recommend this business whole-heartedly to anyone! You can see the pride in their work and feel it in your heart! If ever I need a florist in this area, I will return again without hesitation! read more

My daughter and I went to Rosa's Florist for a consultation to discuss flowers for her bridal shower and wedding and within minutes, we knew that this was the florist we would chose for the wedding flowers. We were so impressed with the personal service, the assortment of arrangements and the beautiful containers we had to chose from. My daughter's bridal shower was yesterday and the centerpieces and accent arrangements were absolutely gorgeous! The flowers were fresh and beautiful and we received so many compliments from our family and friends. I highly recommend Rosa's Florist; not only did they exceed our expectations, but huge bonus...their prices were extremely reasonable! We can not wait to see what they create for the wedding. read more
