Never received confirmation of delivery so I called them and they say "the ticket was never printed" so there was "nothing they could do" and they would not be able to deliver the flowers that day. The woman (Kathy) told me I would be receiving a refund, so I ordered same day delivery from a different company. All of a sudden, 3 days later, I guess they conveniently "found the ticket" so tried to deliver the order (no one was home to accept them because these flowers were for a funeral that is now over and everyone had already left to go back home). Now, I am being told I will not be getting a refund. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Shame on them
