To anybody that is looking to get financed through this company I highly don't recommend it. First the people that represent this company tend to be rude and disrespectful. That goes for the low man on their totem pole to the top. We all go through hard times and I'm pretty sure this goes for the people that work there, that being said you would think they be understanding to certain situation's and there was always communication with them. Unfortunately all this company cares about is there money. Then the information that is given to ypou is always going to be different from one person to another. I paid off my car with them and was told to give them a couple of days so they can send an email out and mail a letter stating that the account has been paid and closed. It has been close to four weeks and I have yet received anything yet, so i decided to call and check up on that once again I'm told something totally different. When I asked why everyone has different information and why nobody gives the same the representative Julio got very rude and aggressive. Good Job Julio that's probably why your on the bottom of the totem pole and probably stay there the remaining of your career there. I have advised that my hours and salary is cut and that I cannot make a full payment "on time" however that I can still pay towards it and they are bullying me into "Filing for unemployment" or "borrowing money" to make my payment. The level of professionalism is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service. I'm certain the job requirements are less than what Walmart requires. Avoid purchasing a vehicle from CJacks Auto as this is the company you'll have to work with. I'm not going to go into details but ultimately the main idea is to pay for the vehicle on your due date. That I understand but if some type of financial snag happens and the co-signer calls to let them know I'll pay in a few days when I get paid. The very thing you don't feel like doing is answering idiotic questions about the due date etc. I called to give facts but now I'm being told well to secure the vehicle we need to talk to your son. I've had an auto loan with SOL finance for about 1 year, I decided to attempt to check my account balance .something ive tried to do online at least three or four times since purchasing the car. Well, the login online is broken and has been since I got my loan. You can't login to your acct online at all. You can pay your bill though, don't even need your acct number which I always thought might lead to issues. Turns out someone else's payment information ended up on my acct one month. They reversed it to their credit however when I found that on the report I requested and brought the security concerns I had because of that and was interrupted very rudely multiple times with don't worry about it. t's not important don't worry about it. That's horrible customer service. I know with poor credit there aren't many options but that doesn't give the staff permission to treat you like trash. Onto the main concern at hand: There are errors as to how my payment is being applied to my principal. Ive pulled up the amortization chart and I ubderstund the whole daily rate thing so based on what day of the month I'm paying yada yada but the amortization chart should give you a rough idea. It shouldn't be off by 100 dollars multiple times for the amount going to principal when the amount is only 300 a month. I called the company long story short asked to speak to a manager after being spoken to incredibly rudely .Waited for over 12 minutes on hold with absolutely no check in before I finally hung up called in and asked to speak to a manager was told a bunch of garbage about how I couldn't speak to a manager, they were INCREDIBLY hostile the whole time I was on the phone. When I finally got on the phone with the "manager" it turned out they just gave me back to the first person I talked to who put me on hold the first time for 20 minutes after treating me like trash. She told me about the change in the wrong payment and when I brought up the improper allocation of principal compared to interest she repeatedly told me I obviously don't understand, that I clearly don't know what I'm talking about (I know the terms of my loan and how a fixed rate auto loan works), that even she doesn't know that much about these things because they are very complex but assured me many times that there was NO possible way that my loan could be improperly allocated. What told me they really could be doing something shady was the response: "what does it matter as long as the loan is paid off in the same amount of time who cares if less goes to principal right now anyways" it matters because on a trade in I should have more equity in my car and if you're not following the contract then how can I trust that you won't do other things to break the contract and truly ruin my life. It's like you guys see someone who has bad credit and decide well, they're stuck with us so we can treat them like shit and do whatever we want because what are they gonna do? I called the car lot I bought the car from and told them about it they had the owner of the company call me that night and he listened, told me oh my God I can't believe that happened, then said okay here I'll call you tomorrow once you're done with work don't worry 6 works for me all this well it's 3 days later and no phone call. Crappy and shady company! I bought a car at CJacks Auto in Orange and because my husband and I have challeged credit we got financed through Sol. Long story short the car was a lemon towards the end of last year our car either wouldn't start or when we drove it, sounded like a lawn mower. I talked to several people at sol asking if they had a mechanic and explained I couldn't afford keep up with the car payments and the ongoing repairs. I even asked the owner Chris at CJacks Auto if I could trade in my car. Anyways after 1 month of the run arounds I told Sol to come pick it up. And now a whole year later they're taking me to court over $2500. Eric Chappa said if I didn't agree to pay $200/month to pay the remaining balance they would garnish 25% of my paycheck....these people are bullies and are unprofessional! Do not obtain any auto loan for this absolutely low class company. I understand some people don't have a choice with credit options but if you want to be treated like a piece of dirt don't say I didn't warn you. I have been making my extremely high auto payment for the past two years. I've had one late payment I believe the entire time. I called them and after much going back and forth they offered me a deferment that is for emergencies only and can only happen one time on the life of the loan. Since I've been laid off and am in an extremely tight and stressful situation with my bills and funds I accepted and appreciated the opportunity. After sending the form but mentioning the $39 fee would need to wait until the morning (my car insurance had to be paid or it would cancel coverage) my so called account manager was extremely belligerent asking me what happened to the $200 I said I had previously and stated that they don't have to work with me on this (basically doing me a favor). She then proceeded to threaten me asking me where the car is and what is the address? I hung up on her after that and called back asking for a real manager. Again I was told by Leandra that I am not holding up to my end of the deal. Are you all really that concerned with waiting 24 hours for a$39 fee? Here is a tip Sol Acceptance, try treating your customers with respect and kindness. It goes along way in all situations and people really appreciate it. I do not accept being treated in a threatening manner, especially in this really stressful point in my life. I recently had my car repossessed at my Doctor's office when I was being seen for bronchiole pneumonia. To my surprise the car was gone with all my belongings from storage! I not only paid account up to date but $135.00 to pick up my belongings. So two years ago I bought my car my credit wasn't so great but I got a loan through sol acceptance.. during the entire time I've been with them I've had a couple times were I was more than 10 days late but most of the time I have always paid my car payment on time. Never have I been 30 days late. But if you do not make your payment by the second day that you did not make the payment they start to call you and harass you. When I try to make a payment to pay off my car the girl tried to tell me that I couldn't and it was like she was trying to avoid it like she didn't want me to pay my car off.She tried to tell me I had to make the months payment before I paid off my car which didn't make any sense because the interest rate was so high that if I made my month payment very little would go toward the principal. I explain to her I wanted to pay my car off and I did not wanna make the payment for the month on top of that. I feel she was upset because by doing so the amount of interest that they would obtain would be not as much. They make it very difficult when you want to pay your car off. I feel they want you to keep your loan i. For the full amount of time so that they can eventually get 2 to 3 times the amount of the original loan. Then they keep calling because references don't call back. Geez! If this is the company I have to deal with for the next 4 years, i may have to re-think on keeping the car. The Car payment is due on the 27th of each month, we had barely been 5 days late, and we had them blasting our phones every day. I finally picked up and it was Martha Villalobos, very unprofessional, unethical, and just unfriendly person to deal it. I kept asking her, if our phone call was being recorded as I was telling her that at the moment we couldn't make the full payment, but that I would be making it 4 days from now, and was willing to schedule that payment automatic as well as the next month's recurring payment and she kept saying, " we don't do that here" " Your payment was due on the 27th". I said you guys cant do that if I am willing to set up a payment arrangement to settle this debt, and she was admit about not wanting to take my bank information. I called back after and asked to speak with an account manager or supervisor and would be placed on hold, and hold and behold, I would be transferred back to her, who would say, she would be the manager. She stated, well you have until 4pm to call me or this account will be flagged. Awful person, seriously if you don't have the patience and courtesy to work with people who are trying to rebuild their credit, than don't do this job. Today, I received a phone call again from their office, it was Beatrice and she was willing to take my automatic payment as well as offered to send me a paper to change my payment date, should I need it. They make verbal agreements to supposedly fix THEIR MISTAKE and then do the EXACT opposite of what they agreed on and gave you their word (Eden). Their word is complete trash and not valid at all. It's definitely a fraudulent company. Claudia should have been fired for what she did to me. She caused me a great deal of issues by REFUSING TO PROVIDE ME WITH MY PAYMENT RECEIPTS. CLAUDIA should have been fired for what she did. She caused me and my family a lot of stress and grief. She would never let me talk to anyone above her which was BS she just knew she was conducting some real shady activity. This company has no work ethics, morals, INTEGRITY and does not care about the customers at all. They are all Shady people.
