First they offer insurance than they don't offer insurance I guess when it's only convenient for them, what happened to customer service..

Initially, I was skeptical about this place because I'm used to purchasing our cars at conventional dealerships. FutureRide is not a big name car dealership with a huge lot... it's very small and humble. We took the car for a test drive and left after we had gotten the "out the door" price to discuss her options. Soon after making a decision, we returned to get it. My daughter reassured me that she had done her research on the car with other comparables, as well as the dealership and was certain she was going to purchase it. Omar was the one that assisted us. He was very transparent and was able to answer all of our questions. My daughter left happy getting her first car. I left proud that she could handle her own and I didn't have to jump in to prevent her from getting a bad deal.

Omar delivered my new (used car) himself to San Diego and I was very grateful. He left the gas tank on the empty side but when I called, he sent me money to fill up half way. So, I think this is fair. I still need to call and inquire about the brakes he said he had repaired before I bought the car.. and if you don't hear anything from me, means everything is good:) I have a feeling that if I asked for resources or needed anything I could call Omar or Moe!!

I would strongly advise against getting a loan through Orange County Credit Union…read more We financed a vehicle through them and later switched insurance companies. We personally emailed proof of our new insurance three separate times, and our insurance company also emailed and faxed the documentation multiple times. On top of that, we made several phone calls and sent additional emails to ensure everything was received and updated. Despite all of this, Orange County Credit Union failed to update our account and ended up placing their own insurance coverage on our vehicle. They then withdrew money from our account without any notice, email, phone call, or communication explaining what was happening. The lack of communication between departments has been extremely frustrating. We have spent countless hours on the phone, calling more than 10 times and being transferred between different departments. It took over a month for them to finally acknowledge that our insurance information had been submitted. Even after that, we had to continue calling to find out what would happen with the money they had already taken from our account. This situation has been incredibly stressful, has hurt us financially, and has negatively impacted our credit. What should have been a simple insurance update turned into a lengthy and exhausting ordeal due to poor communication and a lack of accountability. Based on our experience, I would not recommend obtaining a loan through Orange County Credit Union.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. After going through the mortgage process and preparing for our scheduled closing, we were informed ONE BUSINESS DAY before closing that our loan would not move forward due to information that we believe could have been requested and addressed much earlier in the process. By that point, our household was packed, plans had been made, and we were preparing to move into our new home. The lack of timely communication and the late-stage decision left our family in an incredibly difficult position. A home purchase is one of the biggest commitments a family makes, and we expected a lender to provide clear communication, thorough review, and proper guidance throughout the process. Based on our experience, we feel Navy Federal did not meet those expectations. We have since moved forward with another lender and wish we had made that choice from the beginning. I am sharing this experience so other families can ask questions, do their research, and make an informed decision before choosing a mortgage lender.

Man do I hate writing negative reviews, but I also feel a responsibility to call-out corruption when it finds me to hopefully help others not get similarly harmed. I received the mailer below offering me a better rate on my car loan despite it already being low, and I certainly have the good credit to qualify, but this company seems to want to harm good credit since they got all my info, did TWO hard credit inquiries, and didn't get back to me like I was told. Total sham! Avoid! Update 2/6/2020: This morning I got the email of how this company's DOUBLE hard inquiry affects my credit (below - I already knew). Damn, I fell for another intentional harming scam. Update: 2/7/2020: This company's actions and corruption cost me 70 points on my credit score (from good to fair), and given that they didn't follow-up when I was told, and the phone call was intentionally disconnected (call back # verification?), I believe their goal was purely to damage my credit (several others, including Ralphs and their bank, my family, 2 undercover Alanon people - cop and District Rep., ... are trying to hurt my finances/credit too). #2: Hard inquiries are generally not disputable unless they're fraudulent, which I believe these very much are.
