So my car got repoed and in November when I paid a little bit they called me and when I tried to explain my situation I got hung up on TWICE and then when I asked if something could be arranged I was told no because my account wasn't a year. So it's like these people want to take your car. I think they were really mad because I wasn't answering their calls but they were literally blowing me up for months since I got the car and I was never late then. They tried to tell me in November I was two months past like ?? They make things up. On March 30 my car was was wrongly repod do to not making sure everything was financed and completed from the other finance company called sky one federal credit union .. they had a tow truck company come to my house at 2:30 in the morning and embarrass me in front of all my neighbors mind you the alarm is going off because I don't have my keys ..and the guy saying that my car was being towed for nonpayment, which was not true so George from blackfish capital did his best to get my car back to me because my car wasn't supposed to be repo .. They also force you to put personal references so they can harass your family and friends as well. They called my job 10 times in a row, called my boyfriend 13 times. I had a hard time making my payment online. I hate to call them direct because I get different answers and to be honest...it seems that everybody there seems to hate their jobs and it comes thru by the way Ive been treated. Almost 2 weeks ago I spoke with a rep about payment deferment due to being layed off because of COVID-19. He gave me some info on how the company was handling things and to call back prior to my payment being due. I did and got another rep who told me that there would be no arrangements or breaks to help me. My payment was due in full in 10 days and she said it would suck to come out and find my car gone..after one payment? What ignorance and what a bitch! I managed to come up with the money and ended up talking to the rep from 2 weeks ago. ARTURO OCHOA...YOU ROCK! He discussed what was going on, I only made a partial payment and he told me to call back in April and see what else could be done if I am still on layoff status. dont these companies need to honor the original contract? how can the dealer send you on your way with a signed contract then a week later call to say they switched banks and if i dont call to do an interview with this new bank then ill lose my deposit, meaning they will take my car and the money i put down will be lost. the original contract i signed has not been honored im paying double for a warranty, when i signed the contract the dealer gave me 2 choices 1 without warrant would be 435.00 month with warranty would be 517.00 a month i chose the 517.00 a month, but come to find out the down payment i put down paid this warranty in full so why am i paying monthly on this warranty, and blackfish says they only financed the loan nothing else matters. now my car is in the shop needing a new engine cuz the dealer sold me a car that was already damaged but camouflaged, now here is the good part the warranty ive been paying on for 2 years and paid in full when i bought the car is probably not going to pay for my car repair bill. dosnt get any worse than this read more

She threatened to repossess my vehicle due to an extenuating circumstance that I have been very vocal and transparent about. I could see if I was two car payments behind I was literally late on a car payment and she had the nerve to threaten me lol she had been rude from my very first encounter with her but being someone who worked in customer service as a supervisor I empathize with customer service reps it can be rough at times, but to be completely tacky with the way you Handle your customers.
