Smoothies (16 oz) cost $10, bowls/soups cost $12.50, and noodles/entrees cost $13.50. With all this convenience, it is a darn shame that the food is so horrible. I have tried other food delivery services and this is the only one that fails to pack their food in the right temperatures. Whereas other places will put ice packets to keep everything cool so it doesn't spoil, this place does not. They claim to put dry ice but I didn't find any of it in my box. Either it sublimated or it wasn't there in the first place. They forgot to put two of my meals in my order so I wouldn't be surprised if the dry ice was forgotten. It explains why most of the food taste slightly tangy and spoiled. Some of the meal boxes were just completely open. There was one meal where the plastic seal was open. Now either through bad temperature control or not, all the meals I had were not good. One of the smoothies wasn't even blended all the way because of all the heavy chunks in it. Lastly, I had to chase down customer service just to get a refund on my missing items. Their claim was that the item had "run out."
