The food here is alright but they do give you a lot of it so it is a pretty good value. Good spot to drink a ton of soju and have fun chats with friends. We tried the Kimchi Pajeon, the K-pop Fries, and the Chili Cream Chicken which I all thought were just okay. Maybe I enjoyed the K-pop fries a bit more because I liked the fries and kimchi together.

The food was okay. The service was okay. The ambiance was okay. This is not a place that would be my first pick. This is the place you go to where you're hungry late at night and there's not much else open and you don't want to drive to downtown. The music is too loud and you cannot hear the person sitting across from you in the booths. It took forever for us to sit down, I believe it was a Thursday night. I don't want to blame the servers because of the understaffing but they were definitely understaffed the night we went. Usually I appreciate places that have a bell versus a server regularly checking up on you(introvert here.) But I had to ring the bell 3 to 4 times to just get a glance from the servers. I hate asking for things repeatedly but there wasn't much of a choice. If you didn't incessantly ring the bell we wouldn't get attention. I ordered a beef bulgogi quesadilla, my friend ordered Spicy Wings, mozzarella sticks, tteokbokki, and japchae. Out of all the food, the japchae was the best. But they all got their orders and I patiently waited. 15 minutes passes, nothing. So I unfortunately tried to get the attention of the server, which took another 10 minutes, and I asked about my order. He asks the kitchen and they missed my order. I had to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes. At one point I was debating to cancel the order. I had to ask again, and right as he walked away to check, another girl finally brought my quesadilla. We were all finished with our food, ready for the checks so we could finally leave. We rang the bell, 5 minutes passes, nothing. Rang it again, 5 minutes passes, still nothing. I tried to give grace, so we waited another 10 minutes to see if they would come to our table. Nothing. So my friend finally presses it repeatedly and the guy finally comes, apologizes, and gives us our checks and to go boxes. He was nice and apologetic, and told us there was a rush that night with only 2-3 servers working. While I understand that, the frustration, the orders getting mixed and whatnot, this was the first time for 2 of my friends there and it was probably the worst experience I've ever had of this place(not my first time.) I would not come here again.

Food was decent service was pretty bad. We Rang the bell multiple times but no one came until we had to physically get them. The ambiance is nice but if the service was better it would've been better.

I ordered a jjapaguri (noodles) and a dosirak (rice with sides) from here for delivery. The jjapaguri was odd tasting to say the least. It's pretty difficult to mess up as you combine jjapageti and nuguri (two different kinds of Korean ramen) and even if you don't know how to properly mix the ratios, it should come out fine. Not the case here. It was very bland and tasted watered down but also very dry. The dosirak rice when bitten into immediately had a slight taste/smell of Fabuloso. Not good. Kimchi was not that tasty and spam was dry. The egg was surprisingly well cooked though. Overall, I don't know if I would order from here again.

The place was a little empty during lunch. I think more people go at night since they have karaoke rooms and a big bar. I had bulgogi it tasted good but a lot of meat pieces had a lot of fat. To drink I had a beer, you can't never go wrong with a beer. The menu has a lot of varieties. I would like to go back and try other dishes. Service was quick and good. The restrooms need a lot of work. They are not taken care of. No toilet paper, dirty and the soap dispenser was broken.

This place has a fun vibe and our service was pretty good but the food was really not good. Food gets a 2/5. I ordered the following: 101 wings: meat was dry, exterior was soggy, and the wings had no flavor whatsoever even though they were doused in what appeared to be some gochujang sauce. Army stew: this was so bland and just spicy. It didn't have the sourness that army stew should have so I feel like they used little kimchi and mainly used gochugaru and jalapeños. There was also tiny piece of spam and sausage. It was just so meh. Chapaghetti: this was honestly the best dish but it was just instant ramen noodles with the sauce that comes with it and some meat added in.

I came in with a group to eat dinner with a group and sat at 2 different tables back to back. My table ordered first, and I pointed to the photos of the items we wanted to order. The waitress who took our order acknowledged everything as she wrote it down before I moved to the next photo item. Here are a few things that could have been better: 1. The steamed egg did not come out looking like the photo. We kindly asked the waitress to take it back, but there was some initial resistance from her. 2. We asked about the status of an item (beef intestine) and were met with an attitude from the waitress. She stated we never ordered it, but two of us at the table pointed at the photo when ordering. This was where her customer service would give the business 1 star because instead of taking any accountability or kindly apologizing for forgetting (it happens), she got frustrated with us and argued that we never ordered it. 3. Corn cheese was the first item we ordered, and it never came out until we asked another server. His response was a lot better than the waitress's and he handled the request politely. 4. We also placed an order for chicken wings, which didn't arrive at our table. I'm going to assume it was combined with the other table, but we already told the waitress we have 2 separate tabs. 5. We asked for a side of kimchi and the waitress gave us a bowl of kimchi that also had rice grains inside... so it was either a used bowl from another table or it was never cleaned. That was kind of fowl.. 6. To wrap it all up, the AC was broken, so it was also really hot inside. This isn't the first time I've been here and honestly, I didn't like it the last time but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Customer service is everything, especially when there is conflict, there are always better ways to resolve it without attitudes.

Emptier than I would expect on a Friday night, which was good because no wait, but disappointing because this place should be packed. Delicious food on a huge menu at a decent price. The takoyaki was so hot that when I bit into it, the molten interior cooked the roof of my mouth enough the peel the skin AND I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS THAT DELICIOUS. This food was so fresh and delicious that I immediately planned ehat I would get upon returning. That menu is do enormous, you will have a hard time deciding what to get. Every dish killed. The spicy gobchan gui gui was incredible. I expected my teen daughter to be suspicious but one bit and she told me it was amazing. Houston, please show up. I loved Soju101.

chill place to hang out, eat and drink late. typical Korean comfort food flavors, variety of sojo (obviously) and other drinks. probably reasonably kid friendly during the day. it's closer to a bar at night and obviously a bat late night. lots of parking but can get busy with all the other restaurants

SN17. Odentang Came back to try the odentang. A very hot, straming, large bowl of soup. Tastes so homey on a cold day. The soup was flavorful and delicious, kind of salty but overall delicious. Tastes really good with rice!

Service is great, food is great. Sometimes they can be understaffed so be patient with them. Let them know ahead of time that you want to split the check or you'll end up having to split it for them which can be extremely frustrating. They have great deals on drinks and the food is just amazing!! Definitely recommend this place read more

I love this place the first visit with my friend and noticed something different and I booked the karaoke room for 2 hours, but the reservation fee per hour was so expensive, we though, is only $30.00 but it turns $40.00, but the food is good the Soju is good. I have been wanting to try the Soju for a long time, but no flavor of the Korean store when I bough it. This Soju 101 places was so good and has a different flavor. We have fun singing. I think the karaoke room need to reduce a little bit. This place reminds me my niece in South Korea she works in the company and eating different type of Korean food and she doesn't want to go back in the Philippine. read more

We love it here, and the price for the food and drinks cannot be beat! My one and only complaint is that the service can be a little slow and forgetful but they are still very polite and apologetic if you bring up any issues, so its not a rudeness thing by any means. You can have a lot of fun here hehe. They have a lot of unique korean bar food items for a reasonable price if you want to try something small, and the best tockpoecky imo. Also the soju cocktail shots are really yummy and sweet if youre not a big drinker. read more

Drove about 45 mins to meet up with some friends and this place didn't give me a reason to drive a long way for. If you are in the area sure give it a try. The soju is very pricey and the food was fair. They only have a few karaoke rooms so I would reserve ASAP and btw I believe it is a $50 reservation fee to book a room. read more

Bad karaoke experience ever . I thought since this is a Korean bar-restaurant-karaoke place theirs ktv will be the best but i was wrong . Worst than any other place i went to . Before we came we called them and they told us they have a YouTube connect to TV screen. But when we got there, the server didn't know how to do it and it seems like she get annoyed when we asked about it too . The music volume changed every time we put in the new song . The volume suddenly went so low when the new song started so we had to go turned the volume up . It happened to every song , we can't even sit down and enjoy. Never come back here . read more

Every single dish was spot-on and the portions were quite generous. If I had to pick, the Japchae, Jajang Myeon, and Spicy Seafood Jjampong Soup were especially memorable. A thick noodle is used for the Japchae which held on to the flavor really well and provided more of a bite. The Jajang Myeon and Soup were absolutely bursting with flavor - bold, rich, and truly satisfying. They perfectly captured the essence of what these dishes should taste like: delivering a home-cooked taste at restaurant quality. As typical of Korean restaurant, every meal comes with an assortment of banchan. The kimchi was perfection and it seems like there are unlimited refills for the banchan. Let's not forget that this is a Pocha! There are lots of drink options and they are open late. This also makes for a great place for large groups and seating ranges from open tables or private booths for those looking for something more private. There is an open stage where I suppose open-mic karaoke used to take place, but as of 01/2025 management has put up signs stating it's currently not in use due to noise complaints from the neighbors. Still, there are plenty of private karaoke rooms to be put to use. This place is a hidden gem - it seems like a well-kept secret tucked away in this little neighborhood. I really hope the place gets more traffic in the future. They really deserve it! Overall really great place to come chill at with friends they've got the food, drinks, and karaoke covered.

I did appreciate the intimacy and it made it easier to hear everyone in my party. Loved the drinks- highly recommend their green apple makgeolli in particular. When our server found out it was my birthday, she brought us another bottle of makgeolli, completely complimentary. It was so sweet of her to do so, and totally unexpected. Of the food, I especially loved their potato jeon (glutinous and chewy), seafood jeon (super flavorful), and ppurings korean fried chicken (pretty much perfect kfc). I was super excited to try their cheese snowing chicken since it's my favorite korean fried chicken flavor, but it didn't have enough cheesiness or seasoning in my memory. My first time at this establishment truly was a positive experience . However, my recent experience has regrettably changed my perception. It's disappointing because the quality of the food, drinks, and music remains commendable. Unfortunately, our initial encounter with the staff was disheartening. Despite repeated attempts to get their attention, it took multiple rings to finally receive assistance. Furthermore, our waiter inexplicably walked off on two occasions while we were trying to place our order. Although we understand that the establishment was busy, our server rarely checked on us throughout the meal. To compound matters, we were wrongly accused of not paying our full tab, despite having paid with a card. We explained the situation to the cashier and even confirmed that the items did not correspond with our order, but he remained skeptical until a coworker intervened and confirmed our payment with a card. Adding insult to injury, our initial drinks and appetizer orders were placed by the cashier/host. It is truly disheartening to recount these unfortunate incidents, as the establishment's potential for excellence is evident. Nonetheless, I hope that this feedback will be taken constructively to address the service issues and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. read more

Do NOT VISIT this restaurant! Lucas, the manager, is a capital R Racist! Imagine waiting beyond what's a normal waiting time to dine in, getting served overpriced & mediocre food, and seeing tiny little flies in the water. On top of all of that, the manager is racist and you overhear him mistreating his employees and asking them "What race?" a customer is when they inquire about the food. It's ridiculous, and also the food sucks. Lucas, stop being a racist and one of your employees told our table that the kitchen is really dirty and needs to be checked by the FDA. read more

I don't even know where to start with this experience because I should've walked out when I first…read moregot there. I will say I've heard good things and bad things about this restaurant, but we decided to try it for ourselves. First of all, you walk in, and when you were the only table there, that should've been my sign. We sit down and our waitress was as nice as she can be, let me start with that. First of all, it was so hot in there and we asked the waitress about it and she said yes we know it's hot in here and we don't know why. If so, many people are complaining about the warmth, do something about it figure it out. So we ordered the street taco fries and the breakfast burger. So I asked the waitress what condiments come on the burger? And she says nothing but the cheese, egg, bacon, burger. She then says how would you like that cooked and I said medium. We then asked for no onions on the fries. So my burger comes out with the meat swimming in mayonnaise. Not just a little bit not just a medium, but swimming in it. Then the cheese was missing, yes totally missing. So we call the lady over and she takes it back to the kitchen as my boyfriend's meal is sitting in front of him I tell him to go eat it. Don't wait for me. The fries with the street taco stuff on it were crunchy, which means they were not fresh nor were they hot. So my burger comes back, I start to eat it and it is well done. Now when I say well done, I mean hockey puck well done. The waffle fries, which were hot, were not fresh. So I did not eat those. We then called the waitress over and we tell her about the Berger and I said look I know it's not your fault, but I cannot eat this hockey puck of a burger. So I asked to see the manager So the manager comes over and she apologizes and what have you and then takes it off our bill. Now with this said, yes, they did the right thing, but it felt very disingenuous and just didn't see the care. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this establishment, and I just have to say don't try it. Somebody at this company needs to rework their menu and retrain their staff. If you cannot cook a burger correctly, don't cook burgers. I learned my lesson and not going back to the establishment and it was absolutely a horrible meal. There was nobody in the restaurant except us and another table. So yes, I spent a lot of money for beer, a margarita, and some street taco fries that were disgusting.
