Okay no problem. At 1:30 pm I told them to cancel my appointment and I left. If you know you have a 1:15 pm appointment, why are you not back in time? There have been MANY times that my appointment was delayed, this is not a doctors office this is a beauty salon. And my time is more valuable than that so unfortunately I'm done here.

Throughout the service, she barely spoke to me and only offered to count down halfway through the wax appointment. It was more painful than usual and felt very rushed. Her overall demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed to be there--or at least annoyed to be working with me. To make matters worse, it has been two days since my appointment and I have not received any follow-up survey, which is usually standard.
