I used to really love this place. The women here are extremely sweet and welcoming. Never had an issue before until today. I called ahead of time to make an appointment. I wanted a gel pedicure. Before I went in I took off the majority of my gel polish ahead of time. (I couldn't take off ONE teensy little piece on my big toe, but 1/10 toes had a slither of polish left.) I show up, everything's fine. I had a woman start on my toes. Halfway through the service, she tells me that someone else is going to finish my pedicure because she has to leave to pick up her children. No problem! I thank her for her time and the next person, who is the manager, finishes off my toes. Everything was going well, until we get to payment. I was expecting to pay $35 for the pedicure. I got ZERO extras -- no special scrubs, no taking off excessive or old polish. Nothing, which is fine. I purposely wanted to do the basics of basics just to freshen up my toes. I'm surprised with a $50 charge. The original $35 is on there but an additional $15 was added because TWO women were working on my toes. I did not request this. This extra charge was never mentioned to me. $50 for a basic pedicure is outrageous and what's even more shocking is that this was NEVER brought to my attention until it was time to pay for the bill. I paid in full, and tipped, despite my frustrations. However, I won't be returning here and I highly suggest anyone considering coming here avoid this place because of the sneaky and unnecessary charges. read more

I've been going to Soho for a couple of years for a basic pedicure. 90% of the time I forget to make an appointment so just walk in. (First thing in the morning during the week). Like many of these salons the gals chat between themselves (Vietnamese?). But they get me out of there in about 50 minutes. My nails always look better - that's my goal. read more

I got a French mani there's still red from my previous color visible on my nail(I asked 3xs and she didn't fix) lady in (station16) burped in my face did not say excuse me and at the end of my service she told me to "get up and pay and go home" now I understand maybe she was trying to be funny however the experience was awful a waste of money and time and now my nails look awful for the reception. These people are RUDE. I did not have an appointment but I requested a gentleman by the name of Loi who I had previously had my nails done by. Well as soon as I sat down with him all I heard was them yelling back and forth at each other and the only few words I caught were "no appointment, Loi and walk in".. I knew they were arguing about it and I just think it's so rude to speak that way in a different language. I literally almost walked out and I even turned around and asked if it was a problem that I requested him to which their response was no and they got quiet after that. Turns out Loi has left that toxic environment and if anyone knows where he went, let me know! I will never return to this place. They are rude and overpriced. read more

Although they do a great job on nails, and are one of the only places in Clearwater to get a good IBD gel nail manicure, I am not impressed. I've previously had very good luck with Christy (I think that's her name), whose workstation is clean, and whose work is exemplary. So if you have to go here, get an appointment with Christy. I sat at Chelsea's station by the door and the station was FILTHY with other people's nail dust, globs of unwiped acrylic and just plain mess. She ignored my request to only use IBD and used some other product as a primer, so my nails are already lifting, two days later. She ignored my request to clean up her station. I asked twice. She did not give me anything to rest my hands on, and so I was holding them up off the table to avoid all that dirt. read more

Pretty average to good nail salon. Depends on the technician as to how interested they are in you. They do a good job on your nails. I have gotten pedis and shellac and no problems with the results. It is usually packed on Saturdays and Sundays so plan on some wait time if you do a walk-in. I have also had to wait even though I made an appointment. I have also gotten wax services here and they do a nice job. No complaints on their skill and the service overall. Nothing above and beyond but they are predictable and I can rely on them to do a good job, and sometimes that's all you want. Reasonable price. read more

The chick who did my eyebrows must have been on something. It's bad enough my brows aren't thick as it is but this IDIOT waxed more then she should have over my left eye now I got 3 quarters of an eyebrow. This was my monthly appointment for 15 years and I was never disappointed. Occasionally, I would try a place at the mall because of time constraints, but none compare. Lihn is the best if you have major dead skin, but make your appointment in advance. Loan (rhymes with Joanne) gives the best chair message. I love Judy's facials. Loi is cute and funny and of course Chelsea does a wonderful job. There is an older lady who is good as well as a younger pretty girl (I cannot remember their names) I moved away and miss them all very much. My gel always lasted a long time and they remove more dead skin and give best messages. Tell them Cathy sent you. read more

I had to ask the tech to scrape my heels and a hot towel wrap was on list when it's only wiping off the lotion using a warm wash cloth. The owner seated at the desk, a male employee and 2 female techs were taking to each other from ine end if the room to the other end, the entire time which I find offensive and rude. However, they are quick to solicit to sel additional work. No thank you. They need to learn manners so they can train their employees appropriately. read more

Stopped in here because it was close to where we were staying while on vacation. The price is super reasonable ($30 for a mani-pedi) and they did a great job on both my husband and me. I loved how long they exfoliated my feet and my husband said the back-rub was awesome. They were even open on Memorial Day! We will definitely be back. I went here for a quick pedi. They got me right in. The staff was nice. They lady doing mine was very slow. The color I picked was goopy and think she tried to fix it and failed miserably. I wish she would of had me pick another color. I'm too nice to be mean or rude to somebody if they are nice to me. The color took a very long time to dry since it was so thick. Pretty good service, as I was almost immediately helped after walking in, but not impressed with the communication about the services. After looking it up online I discovered that shellac is 20 dollars there, but after I had the service done the woman said "32." Apparently I got a shellac manicure instead of just shellac, which I wish was communicated before hand. I'm very impressed with my nails, though, and I will probably go again. read more

This is by far the best nail salon I have been too in Clearwater so far. Most of the staff is very nice and sweet. Very welcoming. They listen to your needs and wants and do their best to meet them. I had Tammy to do my pedicure and Mai to do my fill in and they were both great. My nails have never looked better!!!!!!!!!! The only staff member I didnt like was Chelsea. (or whatever her name is) She took being a manager very seriously and you could tell SHE was in charge and everyone was working under her. She is a true example of a snob and should not be a manager if she is going to hold it over the other staffs heads. Overall, I give this place 4 stars. I've always enjoyed this salon, all the techs have been fantastic in the past. I've had some of the best pedicures and manicures here, and the most amazing foot massages. But today was horrible! Judy did my pedicure. Didn't say anything to me. Talked with other techs not working the entire time. I mean, she did not stop talking...at all...for the entire thing. She was constantly taking her hands away so she could point at things while she was talking. She have the worst massage I've ever had.
