I asked for square-shaped nails with a super natural, thin look -- and he nailed it (no pun intended). I did a dip on my natural nails. He was really detail-oriented, made sure he understood exactly what I wanted, and the end result was probably the cleanest, most professional-looking set I've ever had. They look natural but still polished, which is exactly what I wanted. I've been to a lot of salons, but this set stands out. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my SCHEDULED appointment and they were letting walk-ins go in front of me. Called on the phone and told them the nails I wanted and was quoted $65 for a basic acrylic with gel (no design), okay, a little pricey but it's fine. I go in and once I sat down and he already started doing my nails he started changing the price and making it super expensive. For example, I told him medium long on the phone which he said was fine but when he was doing my nails he said it would be an extra ten. I also asked for almond shape and I would have had to pay an EXTRA TEN!!?!!? For almond shape?? Which I had told him on the phone too. On top of that I asked for clear pink polish on top of the acrylic and was told that that would be an extra $20. Those prices are out of control and a complete lie. Also, when he was doing my nails he leaned over and said he couldn't give anything for free because there were cameras. Ummm.. that was super sketchy. I ended up walking out with a VERY chunky square shape and no color on my acrylics. Not only do they look hideous and unfinished it was $50. NEVER come to this place!!! read more

I went here yesterday for a gel mani, spa pedicure, and facial. Surprisingly for the location of the salon, it was not overwhelmingly busy which was nice! The atmosphere was clean and relaxing and all of the services I received were great! The staff were friendly, attentive, and did excellent work. I didn't want to spend a whole lot of time inside a nail salon when on a must-needed beach vacation but I'm glad I went! I didn't have time to get a manicure/pedicure back home and this place was great. I'm always skeptical to go somewhere new because some places don't do a great job and you pay all this money for nails to chip in a few days. NOT HERE! I called to make an appointment and they got me in right away! They are very well-priced for being near the beach. The locals say you'll pay more near the beach. I shopped around and some places charge an arm and a leg. I only paid $90 for both gel me and regular pedicure. They did a great job with my gel manicure and pedicure. It was just like back home. What first attracted me to this place is the promise of a sanitary and safe nail spa. Which is something I was looking for bc I've gotten a toe infection before. They used all new "one use" devices like a pumas stone and nail file. In addition the guy Ryan who did my nails grabbed the rest of the items out of an machine that sterilizes the items. They also wrapped the pedicure tub to prevent further germs. You can definitely tell that this place is still fairly new but I like the open layout. I went with the OJ Pedicure My only caveat is that Ryan did not cover my toe completely in polish but all in all it's was a great experience. read more

So disappointed in the service I received. Lady doing my nails didn't even give me what I asked for. I assume because she didn't want to do the actual normal acrylic nail procedure including the gel polish which is what I wanted. Instead she gives me the powder color dip and my nails are so thin and "natural" that they start to chip off the next day. I was even charged $10 extra for "long length"???????????? I paid $65 for these nails that aren't even lasting. Even tried calling to see if this issue could be resolved but no one answers. Save your money and time and don't stop here. read more

The nail salon was bright, clean and welcoming. Desiree provided my beau's first-ever manicure and did a good job. Anna was my nail tech and did a great job with my dip manicure. My biggest and only gripe was that the salon owner, Johnny, was walking around the salon on a power trip. He was installing a surveillance camera and while doing so, was accosting his employees aloud....telling his Vietnamese employees to speak only English while at work and to limit breaks/calls to less than two minutes all while demanding that they acknowledge his presence and make eye contact with him while they were trying to provide a service to their customers. Johnny then engaged with both me and by beau to receive verbal validation and praise about how he was running one of his alleged 40+ nail businesses, to which we ignored. It was a very awkward experience and I felt terrible for the employees. We've all had our share of our poor/mean management, that's inevitable. But I would strongly advise against laying down the law, especially in an aggressive/abusive demeanor, in front of patrons. read more

[ ] Extremely dissapointed w/ my full acrylic set. I researched several nail salons & chose this one based on the designs I've seen & reviews on service. We drove 40 mins to Clearwater for them. When we arrived I expressed wanting a slightly complicated design so I would like a tech who was confident. After showing her a picture she said she couldn't do the flowers which I understood as I knew it was a reach. She kept saying she could do simple flowers but showed no example of what she meant and didn't try to explain it. I said okay just do them yellow. I will say she did a nice coffin shape but I had no idea they charged to shape nails? I was under the impression that was part of a service for acrylics. I asked for semi french nails that basically make a triangle point. I showed her a picture she said "no problem". She had a lot of issues. The lines are very curvy & uneven. She was rushing through it & when I asked her to fix it & make the lines more defined she seemed to have a really hard time w/ them. She also didn't do a nude coat before she started this so you can see the difference in nail color from my nail bed & the top of the nail which is clear. After attempting to fix it (sort of) they're still really awful looking & bulky on the side & crooked. She then insisted on rhinestones instead of the simple flower design I agreed to. I did agree because at this point I didn't trust her to do flowers of any kind now. 1/2 the rhinestones are curved on the two fingers they're on & on the other hand they're straight? The entire nail job was just not quality work & I'm very upset w/ the finished product. $7 for design charge and $7 for the rhinestones I didn't even really want plus the $5 coffin shape. My total came out to $70 before tip. I wouldn't mind paying that much for quality nails but these are subpar at best. So dissapointing. Definitely not worth it. I wish she would have just voiced that she didn't feel comfortable doing any of it. I would have gotten a solid color & square shaped if that's what they don't charged for. Will definitely not be returning and feel I deserve a partial refund for the dissapointing quality. read more

Perplexed on how to review here. Wish there was a 3.5 score to give. The place is new and big and bright. Which is lovely. They offer you a beverage- wine etc and the ice cream store owner came over with free strawberry smoothies too. All very nice. Most of the staff was kind and serviceable. However being from the North east where things aren't cheap I was still shocked by a $20 fee for a basic manicure. It was regular OPI no gel. I'm sorry but that expensive- plus there was no massage after either. Usually you at least get a massage while ur nails dry maybe 2-3 minutes....nothing. They have massage chairs but that wasn't offered with my manicure. Good news is the manicure turned out well. However- I won't be getting them as often for that price while I'm here. read more

My daughter and I got a mani and Pedi. I also got a "fill-in". The cost was $135 with tip. Within one hour a broke an nail. I went back the next morning to get my nail repaired. The gentleman that did my nails the day before started to repair my nail. While repairing my nail the owner started a conversation in a language I did not understand. There seem to be a lot of confusion! The owner was extremely rude to me and said I could not get my nail repaired. He had other customers that had appointments.
