As a new resident of Tampa, I was surprised that there are no Uni K Wax franchises in the area! My…read morefriend referred me to European Wax Center, and I had a wonderful waxing experience. I was slightly stressed trying to find a suitable new waxing place, and I'm glad that I took a chance on EWC. I made an appointment online and luckily, this location is a few minutes drive from my house. The girl at the desk was really nice, even though she was the only one working (there are usually 2), and there were a lot of other customers in the store (which is a good sign that it's a popular location). I had Courtney as my technician. She led me to a private room with its own door, so you have total privacy for your service. She was very nice and talked me through the procedure, even though I am experienced with waxing. It shows her professionalism and that she cares about customer experience. She was very deft at waxing, and I was done quickly. I had an excellent experience and no hair left behind! You earn more Strut Points if you book your next appointment in-house, rather than online, so I booked my next wax on the spot. You can go online and change your date, which was a relief because I like to keep my calendar open. My friend got $10 in referral money because I mentioned her name. And I received 50% off of my service as a first time customer. Excellent! I am a fan of EQW, and will be going here from now on for my waxes. I highly suggest, and feel free to drop my name if you happen to go because of this review, hehe!!

If you are looking for a place that takes the time to get to know you and wants you to come back for a repeat session, you may want to look elsewhere.

Excellent waxing salon for women. They do men's waxing, too, but I don't know anything about that…read more The ladies working there are Brazilian and the products are legit Brazilian. The results were nearly perfect. My only uncomfortable moments came from cultural differences; for example, getting naked with the esthetician in the room. I have my American Puritanical upbringing to blame for my shyness. The waxing results were great, though. My underarms stayed hair-free for weeks. I am definitely a lifelong client of this wax salon from now on. I suggest you make the drive to Clearwater to get the best results.

Now for yall looking for massages, this is your spot. In Tampa of course lol I booked a 90 minute couples massage for my ladies birthday. They absolutely nailed it. Upon entry we were greated with strawberry water (better than I describe) and another hot drink that was also pretty good. We had two great professionals working on our massages targeting all the areas we previously called out in the counseltation. We were comfortable, catered to, and definitely would recommend! Amazing place to get a massage…read more My husband and I were doing a staycation in Clearwater Beach. Weirdly there are a lot of spas at the beach, but none of them had online booking. I also couldn't find many (any?) that did couples massages. I was pretty late booking, so we ended up not doing a couples massage here, but they did have online booking, which makes it so easy. I was less than a week out so there weren't two massages that I could schedule at the same time, but they did have massages that were thirty minutes apart. That worked for me. It was really easy to use their website. They have a table with seating in their front area and couches in a further back seating area. When I finished my massage and waited for my husband I sat in the back seating area, which was really comfortable. I think most people wait in the front though. They have a cute boutique in the front that you can browse while you wait. My massage was amazing. She went the full amount of time and it was everything I wanted. My husband also said his massage was fantastic and that the masseuse called out places where he was tense and where pain was probably coming from. Overall, we both had very relaxing experiences. They serve tea and strawberry water, which was nice. Parking was also super simple, they had a ton around the building. If I'm in the area, I will absolutely come back.
