We also ordered calamari, which arrived a bit later. It was okay, nothing spectacular, not as crispy as I hoped but the rest of the meal more than made up for it. For sushi, I had the Spicy Atlantic Salmon and the Kani Koi. I absolutely loved the Spicy Atlantic Salmon...it was definitely a favorite but my fiancé preferred the Kanikoi, so everyone wins. People could taste and sample each type and learn a little bit, giving them confidence to put Hush in their local food rotation. I really enjoyed my experience, and will do some research on the different options so I can try some new foods, I have no doubt I can ask my server, but that would have made me uncomfortable making the rest of my party wait while I learn, this was a spur of the moment invite so I didn't have time to do research, totally my problem.
