TV playing with cartoons at 9am and the play area is visible from the door. It's a very well equipped play area with a block table, lots of toys for a range of ages and tablet screens. Normally when you fill out dr questionnaires, no one reads them and asks you all the questions again. Well I can tell you, they read them! Some of the questions I needed to clarify but they read them. Winning!! In the room, it feels warmer than a sterile room but it's still a dentist office. There was no stickers of cars or horses on the walls but they had a tv on the ceiling ready for the kids to enjoy/distract. My 2 year old got through it with his favourite YouTube channel because it's like a drug for him in comparison to other kids shows. The nurse gave his teeth a clean and a look over, we had a visit from the dr and he gave a more thorough exam and then me a run down of how everything is progressing, addressed my concerns and I was on my way, and my kid with a new toy in his hand after being able to pick one from the toy wall. My insurance covers everything and I trusted the office to keep tracking what was needed to be done. This time I got a bill so I called the office to ask why. Instead of listening to my question, the finance lady yelled at me and told me to stop talking. I never got treated like this in my whole life anywhere else. The dentists need to know how bad she was. As a customer, I had the right to ask a simple question. I don't care what her problem was that day, she had no position and right to treat me like that. We left the office right away and will never go back.

They mentioned they accepted Medicaid as well so I went up to the second floor to make an appointment. They were able to schedule me in the next week. My 12 month old son only has two teeth so the appointment was more informative than anything. The dental assistant made my son whose normally so stranger shy so comfortable. He was even smiling! The dentist was very knowledgeable as well. She answered all my questions with information that made sense. They did take a look in his mouth to make sure his teeth was okay and he did fuss a little at that. We were given a little goody bag of dental stuff for him. It had a little baby toothbrush that could be used as a teether, a small toothpaste and mouthwash, some of those floss picks and even a rubber ducky which he still plays with! We started going to Greenwood Pediatrics 22 years ago when my oldest daughter was born. Since…read morethen, we have been going with our other two daughters as well, who are now 20 years old and 18 years old. My 18 year old setup a consultation appointment. She let the facility know that she may be a little late for her appointment because she needed to drop off her car for new tires. She was told that if it was an issue, they would call her an reschedule prior to the appointment. My daughter arrived to her appointment 5-7 minutes late. After 5-10 minutes they brought her back to the room to wait for the doctor. The person who brought her back told her that the doctor was running late. Approximately 20 minutes after my daughter was waiting in the room, the doctor showed up. The doctor told her that because my daughter was late, she could wait 40 more minutes or reschedule. My daughter could not wait, so she left. The doctor also stated that she had to push my daughter because she had a new patient she needed to attend to. Because of this, my daughter did not have her consultation and did not get her necessary medication refilled. I am extremely upset that after all these years as customers, my daughter was treated so poorly.
