I agree with the last review. Awful and definitely unethical. Billing is a nightmare with incompetence and incorrect codes. Then they do extra things that aren't covered even if both you and they check that it is. shoddy dental work as well. Dentist who owned this left suddenly (Lind) with no notice and the dentist he hired last year was gone before 12 months. If you try to work with them they argue with you. This place rocks! I was having issues finding a dentist that I could trust in one that knew what he was doing. I found it! I had to have two crowns replaced that the other dentist had screwed up as well as some cosmetic work done on my front teeth. First try home run! I moved to the practice in 2019. Dr Lind is a very nice guy but I had to switch dentist as it's really hard to reach anyone there to change appointments etc. They text you and email you but don't respond to any replies. There is also a continual revolving door on dental hygienists which isn't good and says a lot about the practice. I want some consistency when hygienists. When my new dentists looked at work that had been formed here (fillings), he was less than complimentary about the quality of the work. One time I had a assistant do all the filling work which I don't think they are qualified to do. Dr Lind was not available as he was with other patients. He couldn't be a nicer guy but too much turnover and needs another dentist to assist him. read more

Beware of the new owners. Horrible dental office to work with. The new owners treat it as a cash cow & not a reputable care center that will put their patients 1st..We have been going to heritage dental for around 5-6 years. It started out great then slowly started to decline. I've had a few dental implants put in & before this last one, they were acceptable. Th Dentist who previously put in my implants did my last one right before selling his practice & the new owners kicked him out & changed the locks on him overnight (per Dr Lindt). He was supposed to finish out his 2 years before retirement as their dentist but his work started to decline drastically. He ended up putting my implant in way too early (per the new dentist & dentist tech) as he had done to a few other people around the same time right before he was shoved out. My implant failed shortly after & they said I would be credited to have it replaced by them free of charge except for labs. So I had been back a couple times & each time they tried to give me a bill for over 1K & had to call several times for over a week to get an answer why I was being billed.i had to plead my case each time. This shouldn't have been the case if they had notes in my record. Finally someone would get back to me a week to 2 later & disregard it. Within several months they went through 2-3 dentists & no one knew anything. Finally they did my bone graph & before I was to get my implant put in I wanted something in writing that I would not be billed as was promised, for that procedure. For over 2 weeks calling & the billing manager avoiding my calls & someone else promising she will get back to me by a certain day or time. Nothing. Finally we had it out & I will never do business with a "company" like this again. They showed they only care about their commission & not the patients. Not to be trusted. Shoddy work. Saying poor business skills would be an understatement. Avoid at all costs. read more

I broke a tooth on Saturday. Not fun. Sunday night I left this referred dental office a message asking for help... Monday morn (early) they contacted me saying "Come in anytime today after 8am, we'll fit you in!" I'm a new patient, never there before. How many Dental/Medical practices today respond that way?? I've known Dr. Lind since I was a toddler, he has done my family's dental work for as long as I can remember. That says a lot because genetically, we don't have the best teeth. My orthodontist straightened them out but I had more problems with overgrowth of gums and impaction. I've had more than a few procedures but they always made it easy on me and understood my anxiety. Stay away, I had been a patient here for several years. Over the course of my visits I and my family had three caps that fell off due to use of the wrong glue, fillings that broke off, rough fillings, and poor workmanship. He did an implant that not only caused a massive jaw infection but never completed the re-work and when was asked about follow up treatment he said he did not guarantee his work and that dentistry is not free! His wife, Kristin, who is not a dentist, does the majority of the work in the completion faze of the dental work! He does not have permanent employees but streams through and multitude of temporary hires from a hiring agency! He does go through many many many employees so... RUN - DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!! I was in dentistry for 23 years and worked for some amazing Dr.'s that did great work and he does not fall in that category. Being nice does not make you competent. If you are not able to have this guy do the right thing, file a complaint with DORA. That is what a dental attorney has advised me to do. I was told my Invisalign treatment would take 3 months and it has been almost 3 years. He has tried to push me off onto other orthodontists so I can pay them to fix what he has messed up. Egregious!! I have had to go back repeatedly and no one ever seemed to know what was going on with my treatment. He is unethical and lies. I had no problems with my mouth before he got a hold of it. The person that referred me and the person who referred them no longer go to him because he did bad work on them. He advertises himself as some wonderful advanced dentist but is anything but - very OLD SCHOOL. He messed up my mouth so badly out of negligence and then said it wasn't his fault. It is going to cost me several thousands of dollars to fix what he has done. I am not able to bring my teeth together properly and have to push my lower jaw back in order to get my teeth to come together. I have consistent pain in my jaw joint. I can only chew on one side or the other but not both at the same time. At one point, when I was trying to get him to take responsibility for the poor work he had done, he called me screaming and repeating the F word over and over and telling me it was about him. Huh... Think it is about the patient and doing the right thing by them. Pretty sure you took an oath do to that when you became a dentist. READ THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS - I WISH EVERYONE WOULD!! read more

I had a challenging dental issue caused by another dentist who botched a root canal and left some shards of metal behind. Dr. Lind has done amazing work to get it cleaned up and get me an implant, at an affordable cost. I've been most impressed at Dr. Lind's thorough explanations of every step, and willingness to answer questions. While I am leaving a one star review I will preface this with the fact that the hygienist, Jennifer, is wonderful. I cannot say the same about Dr. Lind and his services. I have had him replace two previous crowns, originally done by other dentists, and one of them has come loose once and, a second occasion, the replacement crown done by Dr. Lind had hairline cracks throughout the entire crown. The other dentist at Dr. Lind's office placed the crown using temporary glue because there was a concern with the tooth and they felt Dr. Lind should be the one to assess and address the crown. Two months of trying to have my issue addressed has resulted in nothing so much as a callback. They were, however, kind enough to both send a text and call to verify my husband's appointment for a cleaning. Not impressed with his work nor his follow-up when there are issues and would do everything I could to dissuade anyone from going to Heritage Dental. read more

I was recommended to Heritage Dental. Since my first call to schedule my appointment my impression was a super good one because they were opened to schedule my visit according to my needs. When I visited them, I was really very happy to see the office (new, impeccably clean) and the front desk staff (Jamie and Alex who have been friendly and very profesional). Then I was guided to see my hygienist Jennifer Bachelder, a real sweetheart. She made her diagnose and answered to all my questions with such a profesional care, that now she is helping me with a serious dental issue. I have to say I am not particularly fond of dentists, and with Dr. Bachelder I feel confident and calm. She has been working with my problem with all her wisdom and her excellent hands to heal me. Stay away from this dentist!! This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been in and they seem to have a high staff turn over - which is never a good sign. I see many reviews about the friendly staff. They have no running water in the patient rooms and have to go somewhere to get water if you want to rinse out your mouth. Friendly has nothing to do with the quality of the work Dr. Lind does. They don't keep accurate treatment records which is a huge problem legally for documentation. The first time I came in was to replace a filling and that is not even in my records. He messed up my teeth so bad that I have had to go to a dentist that actually pays attention to detail to repair the damage he did. During his treatment, I started having constant severe pain in my jaw joint. When I told him about it his response was "well that's not good" and then did nothing. His work is sub-standard and the dentist I went to said, Dr Lind has a reputation for being "old school". He did two fillings on me and he had to replace each of them three times because parts of the fillings broke off. A filling he did on my front tooth is crooked and I had to have that replaced. The person who referred me and the person who referred them have both left this practice with the same experience because of similar experiences. read more
