BEST ICE CREAM IN TOWN! Best COFFEE in town!!…read moreBest staff in town!!! Maureen's IS Bethany Beach! I spend the majority of my vacation at Maureen's morning and evening!! With the small town charm for Bethany Beach, the creativity of expert marketing on their social media, and the family feel of staff that makes every interaction so genuinely kind and sweet, Maureen's has been part of our Bethany Beach routine for decades now... and we love everything about them! Even their merch drops are top of the line.. and super competitive because of how loved they are by the Bethany Beach goers. CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOUTOUT - One vacation, they dropped a new shirt the week after our annual vacation, I messaged them on social that I desperately wanted it - and they personally shipped one to my house!!!! THE BEST!!! HIGHLIGHTS: French Toast Latte - an expert mix of spice, syrup, and coffee!! I got it iced with oat milk and wish I could have bought it by the gallon Three Brown Bears - toast with peanut butter, banana, honey, and chocolate chips - my family frequently wakes up to me replicating this at home - but I always yearn for it every summer from Maureen's Graham Slam Ice Cream - the Graham cracker ripple is literally the best and this is a must do ice creammmmm PRO TIPS: Always go inside! The staff here is the highlight. Talk to them. Ask for order suggestions. Thank them for being the best at Bethany Beach! No ice cream line is tooo long. Yes, it goes out the door and looks long, but you will waste an evening if you go to Kohr's or Dickey's - less flavor, inferior ice cream. The line moves fast and you can just enjoy being on vacation. Remember popular places are popular... and that's good! Shut the door while you wait! Holding a door open at an ice cream shop in the middle of summer is quintessential entitlement - the line won't cut you. Shut the door and go in when there is space.

Really fun mini golf course but be prepared for BUGS!…read more My family and I loved the course itself. It was well-maintained and there was a good mix of challenging and easier holes. As I mentioned though, there were tons of bugs. We were eaten alive out there. It would be nice to see the course put out some torches or something to ward off the bugs. Since they do not have such a thing, wear bug spray if you have it.

Food and anterior are great. But it's the girls who work there that make it so negative I won't go…read morethere anymore. The service is awful. There is no greeting, no acknowledgement that you're there because they're talking amongst themselves. When you are finally approached , there is no smile just a stare. I've been living here 5 years and it seems to get worse by the year. When I went to pay , I was ignored again. The three of them were talking to someone who had just walked in. I just stood , hating how insolent they were. Eventually I paid and the tall blonde basically threw my cup of ice cream across the counter! If I hadn't caught it , it would have landed on the floor. There are plenty of better places to go.

If you go to the Delaware beach, getting a custard cone at Kohr Bros is an absolute must!! Nothing…read morecools you down more on a hut summer day at the beach than custard from KB!! Right off of the boardwalk. The lines are always long, but they move quickly, and it's worth the wait. The workers are also courteous and efficient in getting the orders out. Thick, creamy custard covered with rainbow jimmies. I get a twist. The vanilla pops with flavor. The chocolate is rich and creamy. You have your choice of cones; waffle cones with a chocolate rim, covered with either jimmies or nuts. But, my go-to is the cake cone. I just like the flavor of it. Both cones hold up well to the melting custard. You got 3 sizes; I find the medium is plenty bug enough. They are generous in their portions.

It was creamy and delicious with each bite. There was no line on a Thursday afternoon in September, so we walked right up. Service was friendly and efficient. This is just a walk up stand, so you can take your custard to any of the benches along the street or boardwalk.

Quick Take/ More than just your typical smoothie place, as in bougie ingredients (cocoa nibs,…read morespirilla, charcoal), kids are a little 50/50, but adults really enjoy it. _______________________________ Menu: Typical smoothie place menu with a plethora of coffee, smoothie, pasties, etc. As I mentioned, when we have the kids with us, some of them don't want anything to do with the fancy ingredients. The most basic is a strawberry/banana deal. We haven't dabbled in much of the food, although we've had a few of the bowls and love them. Service: A quick ordering process. It's not a big interior, but they have a speaker system that you can hear outside. Other: It can be a bit of a wait (not because service, but volume), so I highly recommend an app order on your way and picking up when you get there.

It was pretty tiny inside and there was maybe 3 girls working. One case is all fudge and the other all icecream. They had a large variety of fudge and they had buy 2 lbs, $16 each, get the third free. I ended up getting 6 flavors it was easiest to do 1/2 pound bricks. I picked up pistachio walnut I for my fiancés grandmom, I got heath bar, chocolate and vanilla swirl, salted caramel, cookies and creme and it was either plain chocolate chip or chocolate chip cheesecake I'm not sure but it was the very best flavor of all of them! They had so many good ones and I tend to like more vanilla flavors so most of these were a combo of both. Everything was so fresh- I still had a few tiny pieces a week later stashed in the fridge and it's still so good! Definitely one of the better fudge places I've been to and way better than Jersey or the Carolinas. Definitely worth a stop!
