Ashley was very kind and a good listener. We went over the eyebrow shape I wanted very carefully and she adjusted it for me until I felt comfortable. The process itself was super fast and not painful. The healing process was also pretty low fuss, 5 days or so. It was really dark when I got home, but it quickly faded a bit. I feel so much more confident now!! And it's inspiring me to take better care of my appearance in general. I saw Ashley back in January for a touch up on the eyebrow tattoo I've had since 2005/2006. I've had it touched up a few times between 2006 and 2012, but had not achieved the desired look until I saw Ashley. It wasn't the easiest thing to modify because the existing ink was dark and dense, but I feel Ashley did the best she could with what she had, and I love my brows now. Amazing job on my brows! My permanent brow make up from a few years ago had faded and taken on a blurry bluish tint. Ashley gave me a discount since it was a touch up. It was a very fair price considering that she still had to go over each hair stroke. Ashley is super professional, punctual and prepared. She confirmed appointments the day before and patiently helped me with directions (the building is kind of tucked away and hard to see from the street). The spa is clean and sanitary. She uses a micro blade (rather than a tattoo gun) to give a finer hair stroke. It also reduces bleeding. Most importantly, I love the shape of my new brows. She corrected some harsh corners and made them softer looking overall. The color is very natural looking and I get compliments on my brows all the time. I got my brows done by Ashlee and honestly it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. I have naturally light brows but dye my hair dark so I am constantly trying to keep them dark with dye, brow pencils etc. I would say they look good about 1/4 of the time.. as you will see by the pictures most of the time they looked crazy. Whether it was filling them in wrong, bad waxes or forgetting to dye them something always looked off. Ashlee was so great to work with and totally put my mind at ease, she started by mixing up a custom color and trying out a few different ones on the skin near your brow and once that is decided on she basically sketches the shape on and you decide if you like it. She was totally cool about me being picky and great about me being nervous about the pain. Which by the way wasn't bad at all and I'm a huge baby!
