I really enjoyed visiting this soda shop! It's a fun place with a cool & funky space, very inviting- plus a drive up. The menu is extensive. They serve Dirty Sodas - "your favorite soda with a twist", Refreshers - "sparkling & fresh water drinks" with tons fruit choices, Energy Drinks - "organic, healthy, delicious" & Lil' Love which comes with a toy. The staff was nice and informative. The shop was clean. Great selfie opportunities. They offer a drive thru. They're located on the end of the strip mall so the drive-thru is convenient. Now, the fun part... a big variety of drinks. It took me about 5 minutes to decide, so of course, I'm returning. lol. They offer drinks from water base, seltzer, soda, hot cocoa, etc. I chose the Glow Up drink. It was delicious. Mango, etc. We ordered our drinks & my grandson had a rubber ducky with his. Having gone a couple of times now I have actually changed my mind about the value for money on the drinks. I think they're completely worth it and they have lots of fun options. They're also very accommodating if you want to switch out certain parts of a drink. Yes the staff are young and prone to not having the best customer service but we all have to start somewhere. TLDR: Excellent customer service. Unique shop that offers a variety of customizable soda pops and treats. What a fascinating new shop in Garner. I haven't been to a customizable pop place before. While walking into Food Lion, I noticed Sodabox nearby. I didn't remember seeing it before so I decided to stop in. I'm glad I did. The store is spacious with multiple menus, photo areas, pet spot, drive thru, and tables. A couple customers were inside enjoying their drinks. A friendly, welcoming employee greeted me upon arrival. Since it was my first visit, she gave me a free drink coupon, a bag of candy, and walked me through the menu. I personally don't drink pop so I found the menu a little confusing. Her explanation was excellent. At Sodabox, you can create your own beverage, choose from their suggested combos, or customize their creations. Plus they sell Rice Krispies, macarons, cookies, and kid drinks with candy and toys. I picked two loaded soda pops, chocolate cookie, and rice krispy treat. I headed to soda box today and had a different experience than usual. I am a regular customer who usually comes in contact with happy and ready to serve employees, but today two workers were quite rude by laughing the whole time while trying to order. I also noticed a difference in my drink the syrup in it was too much to drink- definitely was a waste of money. This definitely has changed my view on this establishment. read more

This spot has amazing service! There is always a friendly face there to greet you. I have tried multiple different loaded sodas and all are delicious! You can't go wrong with any of their menu options or creating your own. There are tables to sit and enjoy and they even have a dog corner, we have brought our pup in and she's been majorly spoiled.
