Scooters Coffee was founded in 1998 in the Midwest. It is a drive-thru only. They want you to "scoot in and scoot out" quickly. The products come with a smiley sticker on them. When you arrive at the Rolesville location, make sure you get in the drive-thru entrance and don't go to the parking lot, as you cannot go inside. They built the drive-thru lane with a large loop so it can handle the cars during busy times. I did not have to wait for this visit, and my order was taken and repeated back. So I appreciated that just to verify I was getting what I ordered. The line from there moved pretty quickly as I made my way up to the window to get my order and pay. The service was friendly at all the steps, and I was given a coupon for a free medium beverage. Prior to my most recent visit, I had just ordered the quenchers. But it was slower on my last visit, so I could get some photos, and I tried some food. I went with the mini chocolate chip cookies and the French Toastie. The beverages I've ordered, I really enjoy. The Strawberry watermelon quencher is my favorite. It tastes great and is so colorful. Another one I had was peach. Smoothies and teas are on the menu, too. I was disappointed with the French Toastie. I figured it was just going to be reheated, and it was. I liked the eggs and cheese, but I didn't taste the bacon, and the bread and cinnamon butter were just ok. I will skip the food in the future and just stick with the beverages.
