While the food selection is not huge, mainly chips, snacks, candies, and ice creams, they do offer a surprisingly large selection of vegan options - Daiya frozen pizzas and desserts, Nadamoo ice creams, almond milks, non-diary creamers, Amy's frozen meals, oat milk canned coffees and more. While the interior set up is definitely a no thrills kind of place, it's a fun spot to wander around and find some interesting drinks and eats. Hidden gem for sure. Definitely would return!

For those that follow Feral's instagram, they frequently mention the convenience of grabbing drinks from Duval Market while dining at their truck. While their truck is in the lot next to Duval Market, they might want to distance themself. Duval Market's beer selection was...meh. And since we were eating next door, I just assumed we would be able to use the restroom at the market, but you know what they say about assumptions, right? The restroom was a no-go and when I asked if there was a place nearby to use the restroom since we were eating at the picnic tables for Feral, the guy just reiterated that I could not use THEIR restroom, which I get...fine. So, I asked again if there was a place nearby that food truck customers could go and he just said the same. Back to the matter at hand, the beers we did select were not as cold as they should be and the place was not the cleanest. When we visit Feral in the future, we will bring our own stuff from home or another market.

I have to admit that I have been going there more often since it is closer. However, to my amazement, TL stepped up, and put a store next to Central Market just down from me. Closer to all and they added a perks program which was missing to match the other competitor programs. This is the part where I say I love to see capitalism and competition at its best as it has benefited me and all the community that likes to have their adult libation selection close by and with options. They have invested heavily into their inventory, which has resulted in an incredible wine and liquor selection. The selection here is a five star experience, although they fall short on their craft beer selection which the H-E-B next-door excels at. They have an entire wall dedicated towards French Bordeaux's, which leads to the back corner of a temperature controlled room that features the 3-4$ digit selections. In the front of the store, they have places to sit for wine tastings with a Enotec dispenser machine. At the other back corner, they have a classroom for better understanding the world of fermented and distilled beverages. I was impressed by the 36 shelf feet of single malt scotches from Scotland and the 20 feet of cognacs. There's even a large walk in cigar humidor. They have some great weekly specials and on some rare occasions they'll actually have some celebrity guests signing their wares. The only competitors that's make an equal investment to rival this place would be the specs on W. 35th St and Total Wine at Mueller. The prices here are better than what you would find at the small independents and the selection exceeds them all.
