Getting here takes a 30 minute drive from the main freeway. The road winds you through green hills, and leads you to this city. It is an interesting experience, to say the least. This is a small town in the sticks of the IE. There are some commercial small commercial areas, and the neighborhoods are nothing to brag about. I didn't find them dangerous, but not glamorous either. I wouldn't live here, it is not my type of place. I wouldn't visit here again either, and that's because it is way out of my way and will probably never sit along any of my commutes again.

This particular time I walked in with a package and was immediately noticed by Sandy who was not at the counter but instead ready to help people while they were waiting in line. Currently, they are telling us that it has been vandalized. I just saw the mailman drive through the neighborhood and then I got a notification that the package I am waiting for has been delivered. I go to the box and there is nothing there. Usually, when this happens I have to go to the post office the following day and sit in line for sometimes over an hour after working all day long to get mail that could have been delivered by the carrier with my package that literally drove right past my house the day before. Why are we being told that our box has been vandalized when the videos show the only ones opening the back of the box are the postal service and the only ones opening the front of the box are residents???? Is it shadyness, laziness, or just plain unorganization? Who knows, but I am f*%#ing over it!!!! This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with!

They've come for complaints as small as loud music, to a trespasser having a manic episode. I'm thoroughly impressed. Every interaction they were polite and sharp. I've seen their AERO outreach team at circle K making welfare checks on the homeless population. I can't praise this department enough. I'm sure people have had bad experiences, but for me and my family, Hemet PD has had our back 100%.

The staff member who answered refused to provide an email address, would not take down the information, and was dismissive. When I asked to file a complaint, she hung up on me. I called again and was told I needed to go through dispatch, but was routed back to the front desk. I ultimately located an email online and I hope that it will be properly received and reviewed. This has given me a clear indicator on how people are missing and slip through the cracks and the part law enforcement plays. After recent cases with Emmanual and Celeste I'd think PD would be taking these claims a little more serious. (Incident #I252590042) In summary: I do not believe she has been located, and I believe her mother has given false and conflicting information to both her friends and law enforcement. I urge that this matter be taken seriously and that follow-up action with proof of life be considered .

I have lived in San Jacinto since 2010 after living in City of Riverside for 22 years. I love it here. The city is surrounded by hills and mountains. In winter, it only takes 40 minutes to get to Idyllwild to play in the snow. No traffic around here. No freeway, only highways.

I've been trying to get a Real ID for my 2 teens. This was my 4th time trying. No joke. Last week I went to Murrieta Express DMV, their system was down. Now they no longer process New IDs. I went to this DMV and their system was down for who knows how long. The next day I went to Temecula DMV and their system was down. I'm back a week later and checking in online was a breeze. There was about a 15 minute wait on a Thursday afternoon at 1pm. I get it's stressful working here but it's all business and no warmth. Better customer service is needed here.

I can't speak to any of the other resources as I haven't used them. However, the way the staff treat the people in the library leaves a lot to be desired, hence my 2-star review. Although the publicly posted hours state they close at 6 pm, beginning at 5:30 pm, there is an aggressive push to get everyone out of the library, with constant announcements over the loudspeaker, security guard patrolling the study areas, and the librarians also coming around and reminding everyone to leave by 5:45 pm. At 5:35 pm, I was told that if I didn't leave by 5:45 pm I would be locked in the library with my child overnight. I stated the library closes at 6 pm, and we will be gone well before that time. At 5:55 pm, as we were leaving, the security guard and the librarian came over to tell us we were there past closing. They definitely scared my child into thinking that would happen. Woof. The overbearing staff is a bit much. But if anyone is down for a sleepover in the library, it's me!!

For example, I once received a foreclosure notice intended for my neighbor at my residence, while my income tax checks were delivered to a neighbor's home. Additionally, my government identification documents were reportedly routed through several different post offices due to a barcode issue, which raised significant concerns about the security and handling of my personal information. There have also been situations in my neighborhood where community mailboxes were left open after reports that someone might attempt to break into them. Leaving the mailboxes unsecured placed residents' mail and personal information at risk. Most recently, I had a package delivered from eBay. I was unaware the package had arrived because the postal carrier did not leave the mailbox key that is typically placed in the mailbox to retrieve packages from the parcel locker. As a result, I was unable to access my package in a timely manner. Unfortunately, these types of issues have been occurring for many years--approximately twenty years in my experience. This ongoing pattern raises serious concerns about the professionalism, reliability, and overall management of mail delivery services in San Jacinto, California. I am bringing these concerns forward in the hope that the matter will be reviewed and addressed so that residents in the community can rely on accurate, secure, and properly managed postal service delivery.
