They have lil toys gift for certain reading challenges or book rewards. Good rewards to motivate. Starting august they have a borrow 5 books and spin the wheel and get a free kids meal from in n out to raising canes and more. All the librarians are kind and helpful. Very informative about a lot of the stuff that is going on. Have a nice day!

I mainly reserve my books online for pick up but this library is perfect in size and there is always a helpful Librarian around!

It was very well designed for the little ones and it made them feel at ease. There were plenty of computers with age appropriate activities, toys, and of course, books! I love that the Idyllwild Branch also uses the Riverside County Library System as well!

There were homeless people sitting throughout, some with their puppies. I didn't mind. They were sleeping in the chairs. I'm glad they can get out of the heat. This library is very organized. Staff are very helpful. They have some classic books for sale for a $1 but they only take cash. From 12-2 pm during the summer, they feed kids up to 18 years old, lunch and give it free books and crafts. In the teen section they have free crafts, school supplies and toiletries too! This is a great library. A/C is on high and the place is super clean.

I had no issues renewing my out-of-state driver's license. I took the required test and was finished and out the door in about 30 minutes. Completing the application online before coming in definitely helped make the process faster and easier. Overall, the customer service was good, and I had a very positive experience.

I've been trying to get a Real ID for my 2 teens. This was my 4th time trying. No joke. Last week I went to Murrieta Express DMV, their system was down. Now they no longer process New IDs. I went to this DMV and their system was down for who knows how long. The next day I went to Temecula DMV and their system was down. I'm back a week later and checking in online was a breeze. There was about a 15 minute wait on a Thursday afternoon at 1pm. I get it's stressful working here but it's all business and no warmth. Better customer service is needed here.
