It's really sad to say but they speak over you, they don't let you talk, they do not show no type of sympathy whatsoever, there's some people that go there that can't understand English very well and they are so rude to them even if they are Latino themselves. It disappoints every time I go here because we are all human and all have a job and people who depend on us no matter your job title we all contribute to the world we live in and depend on each other. And I'm sure they have their own life and own family and I wish to them that one day that they need something their family or themselves do not get treated the way they treat people here.
