I noticed 1.5 days later that the job was done incorrectly and water was still leaking from these valves. I called immediately to request they come out and inspect and fix the job. The man, I believe his name is Naji. He was very condescending and rude. He told me he is not going to help me and to sue him. His claim is that, "We did everything right." Well sir, that is not true if there is water dripping. He also tried to tell me that I didn't pay my invoice when I definitely paid it. Then he checked and was like, "Oh well, I could have charged you last night" but decided to give himself kudos for waiting the next day to provide the invoice because he provides great customer service. This is beyond laughable because it doesn't matter, I am more than capable of paying for a service I order. He mentions customer service, well...providing great customer service is not violating your own warranty contract. It's not being condescending to customers. It's not being manipulative and sneaky to the fact that they cut corners to do this job. The parts didn't fit, they used some sort of plaster to fill in the gaps. You can clearly see the white between the valve connections (see photos). He was supposed to send me the whole report and details not just the invoice. I never received it. He is in breach of his workmanship contract. I am a firm believer in karma. Count your blessings. I pray you are a praying man because if you continue to do business in this manner, your family business may just take a nose dive due to your inability to properly run an honest business.

Bryan inspected all units and made improvements that the fire department required. All tenants were very pleased with Bryan's professionalism and his very reasonable prices. When it came to my unit Bryan drove to the county offices to get the plans and permit, then later he met with the fire inspector. Bryan did 100% of what was required and no issues were raised, therefore we received immediate approval. This was very frustrating when you're short on time. We had booked a time to meet with our handyman to install them at a property far away. After reading these comments, it is clear that the "commenters" do not understand the code requirements related to fire protection equipment inspection, testing and maintenance. It is unfair to complain about a company that is licensed by the state of California and is required by law to perform inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems and equipment in accordance with NFPA Standards. Further, per the California Fire Code, a business or property owner is required to maintain their fire systems and equipment serviced and certified. It is your responsibility to ensure this is accomplished on a regular basis. As a former Fire Marshal, I have written numerous violations to business and property owners for failing to maintain their fire protection equipment as required. If you take issue with phone calls from a fire protection company reminding you that your system is in need of service, be thankful. Most businesses do not keep up with their fire protection equipment and in some instances view this required service as an "inconvenience" or "unnecessary expense". With regard to service contracts, if you don't take the time to read them and later find out you don't like something, that is on you, not the contractor. If you don't like the language in the contract, address it before you sign it. Not every contractor is perfect. But in all fairness, nor are the businesses they service.
