We headed down to the area to see the animals, Wish they sold food to feed them like most places have. I had $5 in quarters and $10 in singles for this but you couldn't feed them. The play area here for kids is pretty cool. Lots for them to do and play and they could spend hours here but no seating around for adults. After these 2 areas, we picked apples and took photos. The apples here are beautiful ! Then we went on the hayride and had lunch. The hayride was nice and not short or too long of a ride. Just right. There was a beautiful pumpkin area and a shop as well. There were also many porta potties and they were just cleaned when we got there but still sucks no regular restrooms. They have mini highland cows but we couldn't find them. The orchards are on a very steep hill so I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who has mobility issues. The peaches were phenomenal though. The store is cute and has a lot of food options to purchase. The older woman at the shop was very pleasant. Bathrooms are porta-potty only. This orchard was not as expensive as others around them. I highly recommend coming here on a weekday. It's $10 per person and parking is a breeze on the weekday. It was also empty and perfect for taking photos. Weekends are packed, the price goes up to $20 per person, and it's $5 to park. The terrain is a bit rough so wear good shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Bring a good camera and you're set. I come here every year and I'm always amazed. Best time in end of August and early September. Oh and he planted over a million seeds this year, a million!

Came here for lavender picking by the bucket and we had such an incredible time relaxing, walking around the fields, taking photos and hearing the music of the bees as we walked through the fields. If you stop for a moment, you hear their little choir in perfect synchrony. Came here during the week and it was very quiet and not too many people were around so it was perfect. Absolutely obsessed with the lavender lemonade and all the lavender products. The best part about this place is that there's no fee to walk around or hang around the fields. You pay for what you pick and they have different sizing options. Lavender is only seasonal of course but you can find out what they have in season of pick the beautiful wildflowers if they're around. To be honest just coming out here to relax is an experience itself. They have continuous different types of workshops available done right at the open area (it has a cover so in case it's too hot or it rains you're good!). Make sure to check out what classes and things they have going on on their ig or on their website. Bottom line, gorgeous space, dreamy vibes and incredible owners.

My husband and I came here for the 1st time to do a yoga class with Lily and we both had such a great time. It was a hot sunny evening but to smell the lavender , hear the bees buzzing and to feel the breeze it was the perfect night. The 2nd time I cam here was with my family we decided to pick Sunflower . I thought they field would had been bigger but that's okay we all enjoyed it and it was a great time. What I most love about this location is there is no entrance fee . This property, created by the founder of Garden Conservancy Frank Cabot and his wife Anne, is a…read morehorticultural masterpiece showcasing more than 120 cultivated plants, most of which are flowering at different times making it a colorful and fragrant environment for three seasons a year. Built in 1958, this is a non-profit organization where the entry fee is $10 per person, or $5 for seniors and children. It is a self guided tour that includes several cool buildings including a beautiful gigantic greenhouse. The garden's plants are marked with little number signs so that you can choose and purchase the plants featured. A few of the buildings are still used as private residences. You'll be given a map and list of the plants displayed upon entry. There is a suggested path to follow to see the most diversity possible . The map isn't to scale, and does not clearly reflect the path to be taken. The grounds are very "maze-like" and it is very confusing to try and stick to the suggested path, which is not marked well at all. Almost every marked hiking path in the country uses a very similar method of guiding people, but not here. We ended up leaving before seeing half of the property because we just kept ending up in the same spot at one point, and couldn't figure out how to continue due to the poor marking methods used. Very disappointing.

The main building houses a small art gallery as well. They have an adorable Scottie dog on premises too. You could easily stay 3-4 hours if you're a very avid gardener, but I spent 2 and thought that was just right for someone with a mild interest. Makes for a lovely day out in nature and not very crowded on a weekday.

I reached out to schedule a visit, which was super easy! When we arrived Alyssa took us in to meet the alpacas and share so much interesting information on alpacas that I never knew. After spending time meeting all of the alpacas & petting a few, we went to her gift shop which has so many cute items to choose from. I definitely recommend giving this alpaca farm a visit if you're ever in the area!
