I have to say, I regret my purchase the moment I clicked the button. I thought to myself, "this is…read moretoo good to be true". I almost canceled my order. Before placing the order I called to confirm the condition of the bike I was purchasing. I was told that they have several that were overstock and new in box. I trusted the person I spoke with and then found the reviews on yelp. I was mortifide. I got an amazing deal at about $500 for a Technogym commercial grade cycle. I thought for sure it would come beat up, missing pieces, scratched, dented, you name it. This was absolutely not the case. The bike came brand new in the box, as promised. Mind you, not everything they sell, is brand new, but I was told it would be, and it was. Shipping, tracking, communication were kind of clunky, but not a bad experience overall. The reason I'm giving them four stars and not five is because albeit new, the bike is a previous year model than the one they have pictured on their website. The flywheel isn't fully enclosed, different pedals, slightly different colorway, but nothing that would take away from my cycling experience. I would absolutely buy something else from this company.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business…read more We purchased a fully assembled power tower that arrived damaged, and we paid $99 dollars for delivery. Instead of taking responsibility, Chester Spychala told us to "Just loosen a few screws" to fix it ourselves, as if that would magically repair defective equipment. Of course, it didn't. After repeated follow-ups, we were told Chester was no longer with the company. No accountability. No resolution. Just excuses. We have screenshots, photos, videos clearly showing the damage, yet their solution was to charge us $149 to have someone come out and "inspect" the equipment they sent out defective in the first place. Charging customers to look at your own mistake is beyond unreasonable. This company does not stand behind its products and clearly does not value its customers. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Shop elsewhere. Below is the last email I got from a manager after I threatened to take them to small claim court. "I understand your position. However, legal threats do not change the fact that our warranty covers broken or defective parts only. The unit was inspected and confirmed to be in proper working condition before leaving our facility, so a refund or replacement does not apply under our policy." "The only option available remains a technician visit, which carries the standard service fee of $149. Beyond this, there are no additional resolutions we can offer."

This is an impressive store for sports fans. Nearly every NFL team was represented throughout, as…read morewell as ASU and the other Phoenix-based professional teams. We've been to numerous cities as traveling fans, and it's not easy to find shops that carry such a diverse assortment of fan apparel and collectibles. It was nice bonus to see how well the shop focused on the Cardinals' opponent for the week. As a traveling Ravens fan, I was impressed with their breadth of offerings. It was smart business, as I saw a bunch of Ravens fans stocking up before the Monday Night Football game, too. I had a pleasant experience with the staff, and watching them interact with other customers on my two separate visits, I can say that Just Sports seems to be focused on helping customers as well as they can without being pushy. I even overheard the staff recommending another shop nearby as a solution for a specific player jersey one of the fans was in search of! With such a good selection that spans every fan base (home AND away), prices that are on-par with most fan shops, and a nice, helpful staff focused on the customer, there's really no reason for me to not recommend Just Sports. Keep up the good work!

When asked after purchase, by looking at my receipt and noticing. The employee got defensive and started reflecting it on me saying I was making him feel like he had to start projecting his voice louder. The employee kept lying wasting my time over a return. I ended up staying there for 30 mins for $5. They had the shirt marked for $40 and rung it up for $45. I'm not broke but I do appreciate good customer service and value. Just sports lost my business.

Well what a surprise!! I probably shouldn't have gone in here, but when you go on a holiday…read moreweekend, you're bound to score some good deals. I did just that, too! I've been on a low-key mission to find more of the Motivas. I scanned the back clearance section and almost gave up, but I was determined to find at least 1 pair. Just as I was about to give up, I spotted them!! YASSSSS!! The last pair of size 8 in the vintage green color. It's more of an army green to me, but whatevs. I normally wear a size 9 in this brand since I like extra wiggle room in the toe box. However, when a friend convinced me to get a size 8 from the Tucson outlet store, I went with it. 8 is my natural shoe size, but it fluctuates with different brands. Nike is also very narrow imo, and my flatter than flat feet appreciate the extra room that a size 9 offers. The Air Zoom Pegasus that I found was a bonus. I wasn't looking for it, nor do I need to add to my ever-growing shoe collection, but hey, when you can grab 2 pairs of Nikes at under $100, I'd call that WINNING!! DO NOT SLEEP on these outlet stores, mannnn!! The clearance prices were an additional 30% off, so yeah, you really can't pass that up. Service was okay. These guys are busy, but I managed to ask an employee if they had any more sizes. He was polite and said usually whatever is out in the clearance section is IT. I walked to the registers so fast because there was no way I was leaving these shoes for someone else to buy. Not under my watch, lol. I need to stay away from here, but for now, I'm good to go!!
