Elliptical machine was not assembled correctly: 1) Handles were installed upside down. 2) Power cable was run underneath machine instead of through the frame and will become worn with use as the machine is actually resting on top of the cable. 3) This incorrectly installed cable also makes the machine base unstable and renders the machine unusable due to the instability. 4) Rear panel was not attached and fell off on first use. 5) Parts fell off on first use. 6) The adjusting feet on the bottom of the frame are missing, so the frame actually rests on the ground rather than on the feet it was supposed to rest on. 7) Re. the point about the adjusting feet, there were no spare or loose parts left by the assemblers, so I must assume that they took any leftover parts with them to cover up their incompetence. After paying over $1000 for a machine and additional fees for assembly, this is not acceptable. The Assembly personnel were incompetent, resulting in these issues and the unusable condition of the machine. The two assembly personnel arrived at 5PM and spent 4 hours incorrectly assembling the machine, leaving shortly after 9PM. That said, I would advise people to steer clear of Dick's incompetent assemblers and pass on the offer of equipment assembly when purchasing equipment from this retailer. Assemble it yourself and avoid the headaches and being left with a machine that is not usable. To be honest, this is the first time I have ordered assembled equipment and it was delivered unassembled to the house. Most retailers have staff dedicated to the assembly of items, which are assembled in the store and delivered to the house in an assembled state. This deficient approach to the assembly of customer's orders baffles me. EDIT 11 Feb 2025: We have been in contact with both Dick's Sporting Goods customer service and Sole Fitness warranty service but this issue still has not been resolved. Their store layout was mimicked by Walmart, now they have transitioned to a new floor plan. Things may still be all over the place until they finish. They were happy to show me as many trays as I wanted and also helped me by showing me other pieces based on my tastes. I purchased a few hundred dollars worth of Pandora beads, including gifts. They gift-wrapped the purchases beautifully at no additional charge. One piece I needed was the wrong item and they did not hassle me at all when exchanging it. The item I needed was not in stock so they ordered it for me. I'd recommend Three Sisters because they are a local small business, creating jobs, and bringing beautiful merchandise much closer to home and saving my time and money. The attentive staff is much better than the jewelry store I visited, and they didn't act exasperated while I took my time shopping for Pandora.

He will be graduating in a few days. I just paid $85.00 for a yearbook that only highlights sports, marching band, sports, sports, and more sports. My son is in the concert band, but of course, the concert band is not in there at all! Instead, it's talking about where a bunch of spoiled rich kids went for spring break and what cars they drive, and let's not forget sports! It's his senior yearbook, so we will be keeping it, but I feel ripped off! Also, you have to use Cady Studios for the senior pictures if you want to be in the yearbook. They charge an arm, a leg, and your firstborn child for senior pictures! Not everyone who attends this school is made of money. I know that I certainly am not. Unless you're rich and your kid is a jock, don't go here.
