This was one of the most unprofessional and humiliating experiences I've ever had. I came in for an exchange, placed my original items on the counter, I had to do that because the return had to add up to the total since they don't do refunds. While finalizing my purchase, another customer walked off with my bag. I called the store from the parking lot when I realized. The staff admitted they saw it on camera and was going to look for the person in the mall. Called me back and said he couldn't find them. I had to prompt him to ask how they were going rectify it. The "owner " is in the background and says tell her it's your birthday and you need to leave. The young man told me that and that the owner would call back. I asked was he calling me back immediately. He said yes and hung up. Well he never did and he wasn't going to. So I walked in. I met the owner in the store and he met me with aggravation. The owner, instead of offering help, accused me of "pressuring" him just because I needed the situation resolved immediately. I was leaving town for a game which was the whole reason I was there in the first place. It also seemed as though he was insinuating that I wasn't being honest. Telling me they gave me a bag and receipt. Which turn out it was only the new items not the original ones I didn't want to exchange. I remained calm but firm and just asked for basic accountability. Yet he kept tell me I needed to calm down and told me I was threatening him by telling him I was going to have to call the police if this wasn't handled. Sir, that's not a threat. That s what people do when people steal their things !!!! The owner tried to dismiss me, denied the obvious evidence, disregarded his own employee who looked at the footage and called another person to pull up the cameras because he didn't know how. The person over the phone saw the man take the bag. He argued with him saying he did ask that customer and he said "no" as if people don't lie!!!!! Only after the person over the phone doubled down that the bag was indeed taken and described the person did they finally admit the truth. He then asked me what items was I missing and I had to say.... You should start this conversation by offering an apology. No customer should be treated like they're a nuisance, especially when they're the one wronged. I had to witness the owner apologize to other customers about me, as if I was causing a scene when all I wanted was my belongings back. In the end, the footage confirmed exactly what I said all along. If I could have done a refund I would have taken every single item back ! If this store wants loyalty, they need to start by believing their customers and treating people with basic respect. I wouldn't wish this treatment on anyone. I will never spend a dime in this place ever again. I'll drive to Chattanooga to get my Tennessee gear from now on read more

Sneaky Owners and sneaky business practice. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. So I purchase some Christmas gifts and tell one of the store employees that I am not sure about 1 item, the employee says no worries "I'll take it back." Now before I start, let me say that the students working at the store were very hard working and helpful in finding me some gifts. So, I go back the next day and have the pleasure of meeting the owners, one of them very rude, who told me that there are no refunds only a store credit. I debated that that is not what the employee told me. You should have seen the attitude change of this owner, it's like this person had ZERO experience in taking care of a customer and ZERO experience of answering tough questions, pretty much called me a liar. I mentioned that I was never told about the no refund policy asked the owner why he could not coach his employees to say "no refunds" at the end of "I'll take it back" line they say when a customer is not sure of a gift? The owner would not listen and started to kick me out of the store!! I could not believe what I was witnessing. Told me that there is a faded note on top of his counter under thick glass with other 4 pieces of paper that I should have read, which mind you was covered with other items obstructing clear view of the notice. So if you are on a wheelchair, blind or can't read you are $h*t out of luck here because the owner believes it is the customer's duty to ask about the return policy and the store employees have absolutely ZERO obligation to give proper information to the client. Now the nicer owner tells me that it is mentioned on the receipt, and I asked if we get the receipt after we pay or before? Well I guess the nice owner did not want to talk to me after that. So I don't believe this 1 rude owner liked the fact that he was wrong or has ever been proven wrong in his life but he definitely did not like some joe shmo giving him an opinion and some really sound advice. He blatantly denied my claims because then he would have had to refund my money back. Be careful buying here because once you pay that is it, ask many questions because the owners do not have the decency nor the business ethics to give you the info ahead of time or coach their hardworking employees to do the same. Matter of fact avoid this store altogether and find another cheaper source for sports gifts. If I could give a ZERO I would because 1 star is too much. read more

My wife and I visited this store for the first time yesterday, and what an amazing place and collection of sports clothing, collectibles, and just about anything and everything you can think of to express your passion about your favorite sports team/teams! Can't wait to go back there as we are super rabid LSU fans, and having recently moved here from Scottsdale Arizona, it is so refreshing to find so many great items in one place! The owner was very rude and accused me of "wardrobing" which is where one wears it for a game and then returns it. A hidden gem. While the store has apparently been there for about 30 years, I only recently discovered it. It has the largest selection of sports gear I have ever seen in one store. Additionally, everything there is buy one get second for 1/2 off. So basically​ everything is discounted 25%. Also, their selection of Atlanta United gear is extraordinary. I called this store to check if a Jersey I wanted was in stock and the girl who answered (sky) was very nice and quick when it came to looking for what I needed. I went in to this store looking for Atlanta United gear after being routinely disappointed by Dick's up the road. Summary: College Station is awesome and far superior! They have 20x the inventory of mls stuff and literally 100 more options of styles/brands than their local competition. Additionally the staff is much more attentive and available. Although I am interested in AUFC stuff (and bought three new items) I couldn't believe the reach and onhand inventory at College Station. So many ATL teams represented (hawks, falcons, braves) as well as loads of SEC schools...various non local pro teams...clothing, collectibles, decor....everything a fan could want. Do yourself a huge favor and skip the other local options and go to College Station. They treat people well! read more

I'll have to say that the selection, price, and super friendly staff support are one of the best in ALL of the Southeast. I went to JMU, am a fan of Falcons, Braves, and UGA BullDAWGS and they have just about anything I would want. I found the game day selection on car flags, face tattoos, etc. to be incredible. With a discount rack full of $3.99 shirts there are definitely some good buys, but overall the store has a fantastic selection but not so fantastic prices. Most things are overpriced and they would sell more if they lowered them in my opinion. They have 2 locations in Town Center mall and I would advise visiting both of them. One has the outerwear, random knick knacks as well as the stuff that they have on sale and the other has t-shirts, decals, and hats. They will more than likely have what you are looking for but the price on it may be a little high. My biggest concern was with the owner. He was very rude with customers while I was there though he treated me fairly well. Beware though, they do not do money back returns, only exchanges. read more

Sells same generic college sports apparel as every other store but at a much higher price. Relatively low quality. Worst return policy of any retail store. Store offers NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND (per store owners policy) even with a reciept, so make sure you love whatever you purchase because you're stuck with it. read more
