The gentleman running the simulator desk was extremely condescending and rude. As a left-handed golfer, my husband already knew he would be running into limited selection, which is fine, however tried his best to demo available items to make a decision. Our first interaction with this individual was him yelling at us telling us we couldn't demo the new wedges. He didn't even bother to notice that we had 3 separate demo wedges picked out and wasn't planning on even trying to new ones out. He ended up liking a Callaway Wedge, and upon checking the stock, there was not one available. My husband simply asked if there would be any ability to purchase the demo wedge, to which we received an extremely smart ass response and sass. I've never quite experienced that much of a false sense of authority and lack of customer service skills. Most people would have used a different tone... something to the effect of hey unfortunately we don't sell the demo items, but I'm happy to try and find the item online for you to order or possibly at another store. Upon that type of response, we immediately left and will gladly be taking our business elsewhere. This was Sunday, June 14th at about 1pm and I wish we had got the associate's name. If I were the business owner, I would definitely be thinking about if this person is helping or hurting my ability to drive revenue and a positive customer experience.

This is a big box retailer with multiple locations across the country. We're lucky enough to have three in Georgia, all of which are located in suburbs north of Atlanta, each roughly 30+ minutes from the city. I've been to all three PGA Tour Superstore locations in Georgia: this one in Lawrenceville, Kennesaw (https://www.yelp.com/biz/pga-tour-superstore-kennesaw), and Roswell (https://www.yelp.com/biz/pga-tour-superstore-roswell). I even used to go to the one in Buckhead, now closed (https://www.yelp.com/biz/pga-tour-superstore-atlanta). As this is a chain, all of the stores are very similar. They sell everything from the latest golf equipment and sportswear to swing analysis, lessons, and club repair. These stores are truly one-stop shops for all things golf. If you're a golf enthusiast and it's your first time, you'll feel like a kid in a candy store. This location in Lawrenceville is located just off I-85. If traveling northbound from the city, you'll take exit 105 (SR 120 - Duluth, Lawrenceville). If traveling southbound, you'll take exit 107 (SR 120 to SR 316 east / Boggs Road - Duluth, Lawrenceville). It's close to Sugarloaf Mills (shopping mall) and TPC Sugarloaf (one of the best golf courses in metro Atlanta). Compared to the PGA Tour Superstore locations in Kennesaw and Roswell, I believe this location is the smallest. That's okay though because they still have everything the other locations have including a putting green to try out putters and hitting bays with simulators and shot trackers to demo clubs and do custom club fittings. I had a great experience at this store. I had my entire set regripped at the Kennesaw location. I went out and played a round and noticed the grips on three of my clubs (5-iron, 9-iron, and pitching wedge) weren't installed correctly. The grips weren't fully pushed down the shafts so there was play (bending) at the top of the grips. It was annoying and particularly bad on my pitching wedge. Since I happened to be up in Duluth (near Lawrenceville) at the time, I decided to get the incorrectly-installed grips replaced at this location. I called the Kennesaw location to confirm that I could get these grips replaced at another PGA Tour Superstore location and they confirmed I could. Ideally, I would have taken these grips back to the Kennesaw location so they could see what they did wrong, but it was out of the way for me. I walked into this store, immediately to the club repair counter, and explained what happened. I handed my clubs to the club repair supervisor and he inspected them. As he bent the grip back at the top of my pitching wedge, his eyes widened and he said, "Yep, that's bad." He took a quick look at my receipt from the Kennesaw store and approved his subordinate to regrip my clubs at no cost. He told me it would take about 20 minutes and his estimate was correct. As a walk-in customer on a Sunday morning, my clubs were ready in only 20 minutes and they were regripped properly. I played the following weekend and never hit my 5-iron better. Seriously! (Though also perhaps a coincidence.) While waiting for my clubs to be regripped, I checked out some of the latest Honma and TaylorMade drivers as well as some new putter models. I also looked around in the apparel section and noticed the store carries the latest line of Under Armour golf shorts (Showdown style) which I had been ordering for myself online. I like that they carry current lines with modern fits.

I worked with a really attentive staff member and ended up purchasing my first set of clubs. Subsequent visits however haven't been so good (working with other staff members). I'm a new golfer who doesn't really know my way around the game/equipment yet. The staff generally seems to have a low tolerance for people like me and often display a condescending tone or impatience when it comes to questions or a lack of knowledge.

I understand the swing so much better now and all the technology they have really appeals to the way I learn. Aaron is also very good at putting things in a way I can implement them. Sometimes he tries two or three different approaches if he sees that I am not grasping the concept. After spending a lot of time rebuilding my swing pretty much from scratch, now Aaron and I work on things I notice out on the course that need improvement. It might be a 100 shot, a safety tee shot, course strategy, etc. Highly recommend Aaron and GolfTEC Roswell.

We ask that shirts be tucked in to maintain a level of professionalism that our club/courses deserve. We, as members, also include children observe this rule. Regarding the disposal of cigar/cigarettes....because some people don't always recognize the importance of this, it is noted as a friendly reminder, not to try to treat anyone as a child. (We also highly discourage children not to smoke cigars/cigarettes, just in case that was in question). This is a great club, with phenomenal courses, accompanied by a wonderful staff....and in light of having an excellent, proven, professional new club owner......I can't imagine any negative comments from anyone that would be a good fit to join us.

We went ahead with the wedding because we were basically beheld to them because we were too far along to cancel. This was the rudest group of women that acted very immature for their customer service-oriented position in the club. Give you examples, you say: "We are not on the Knot because that site attracts budget brides." was said after asking why they don't have good reviews in the Knot. "My job is not in customer service and I do not believe the customer is always right." was said after asking why the events coordinator team was being so rude to us. The golf club of Georgia events coordinator revenue Director asked us to drop our check off to the teenager at the pro shop that we were writing for $11,300. We had to or we would get a talking to, so we did. We brought our Wedding Coordinator for a tour and every time our Wedding Coordinator, or we would ask a question about any part of the ceremony or reception, they would respond with " that is never happened before so you don't need to worry about it." they would proceed to the next subject and never answer the question. During the actual wedding, *They cut 5 guests off that had only had one drink because they had a slight speech impediment. *They only put out 134 PLATES FOR THE BUFFET because "that's how many GUESTS WE HAD". *They told me we ran out of food and the father of the bride went to the back and the staff was eating our food! So on and so on...this place is a bridal nightmare!
